This study was a descriptive survey conducted to examine the relationships among MBTI personality types, clinical practice satisfaction, professional nursing identity, positive psychological capital, and caring efficacy in nursing students, and to identify factors influencing caring efficacy. A total of 136 nursing students from the C region of G Province were recruited through convenience sampling, and data from 134 participants were included in the final analysis. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Version 26.0, employing descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that caring efficacy was positively correlated with clinical practice satisfaction, professional nursing identity, and positive psychological capital. Among these factors, professional nursing identity was identified as the strongest predictor of caring efficacy, followed by the MBTI attitude types “EP” and “EJ.” The overall explanatory power of the model was 38.9%. Based on these findings, it is necessary to develop systematic educational programs aimed at enhancing caring efficacy to improve the effectiveness of clinical practice education. Furthermore, prior to clinical practice, expanding simulation-based training that allows students to experience various clinical scenarios is essential for boosting confidence and motivation for clinical practice. To enhance caring efficacy among nursing students, it is crucial to identify their MBTI personality types and recognize the importance of clinical practice satisfaction, professional nursing identity, and positive psychological capital. Therefore, developing customized caring efficacy programs that reflect MBTI personality traits is recommended.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 MBTI 유형에 따른 임상실습만족도, 간호전문직관, 긍정심리자본 및 돌봄효능감의 상관관계 와 돌봄효능감에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도된 서술적 조사연구이었다. G도 C지역 간호대학생 136명을 대상으로 편 의표집하였으며, 134부를 최종 분석하였다. IBM SPSS Version 26.0을 사용하여 기술통계 t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계, 다중회귀분 석으로 분석한 결과, 돌봄효능감은 임상실습만족도, 간호전문직관, 긍정심리자본과 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 돌봄효능감에 유 의한 영향을 미치는 변인은 간호전문직관이 가장 잘 예측하는 요인이었고, 그다음 태도 지표인 ‘EP’, ‘EJ’ 이었다. 총 설명력 은 38.9%이었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 임상실습 교육을 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서는 돌봄효능감 증진 프로그램을 개발하 여 체계적인 교육이 필요하다. 또한, 임상실습 전에 다양한 임상현장에 적응하기 위한 시뮬레이션 교육을 확대하여 돌봄을 경험할 수 있는 기회를 많이 제공하여 임상실습에 대한 자신감과 동기부여를 심어주어야 한다. 간호대학생의 돌봄효능감 향 상을 위해서 MBTI 성격유형을 파악하고 임상실습만족도, 간호전문직관, 긍정심리자본에 대한 중요성을 인식하여 MBTI 성 격유형을 반영한 맞춤형 돌봄효능감 프로그램을 개발하는 것이 필요하다.
