This study proposed a plan for logistics management to establish an association in which ready-mixed concrete producers would participate within a certain region, produce ready-mixed concrete at a mobile on-site batching plant on a large-scale construction site within the area of the association's business, and transport produced ready-mixed concrete to middle- and small-sized construction sites within the same region. The study also developed an advanced model for systematic management and sustainable development through an integrated information system to monitor order management for ready-mixed concrete within an association, material procurement for producing ready-mixed concrete, ready-mixed concrete production, vehicle operation, quality control, and development of new ready-mixed concrete products. The study conducted a numerical analysis to test the model and demonstrated that the integrated information system based on the foundation of a regional ready-mixed concrete association reduced logistics costs considerably more than the old operation of logistics for ready-mixed concrete products by individual corporations.

일정 지역 내 레미콘 생산기업이 참여하는 조합을 설립하여 조합 영업권역 내 대규모 건설 현 장에 이동현 현장 배치플랜트에서 레미콘을 생산하고 동일 권역 내 중·소 건설 현장으로 레미콘을 운 송하는 물류운영 방안을 제시하였으며, 조합 내 레미콘 수주관리, 레미콘 생산을 위한 자재 조달관리, 레 미콘 생산관리, 차량 운행관리, 품질관리 및 레미콘 신제품 개발 등을 담당하는 통합정보시스템을 통 해 체계적 관리와 지속 발전을 위한 진전된 모형을 개발하였다. 본 연구의 모형 검증을 위해 수치분 석을 진행한 결과 기존 개별 기업별 레미콘 제품 물류 운용에 비하여 권역별 레미콘 조합 설립에 의 한 레미콘 관리 통합정보시스템을 운용할 때 물류비용을 크게 감소시키는 결과를 입증하였다.
