Research Purpose: This study aims to develop a program that educates high school students without a Christian faith about the Christian faith for missionary purposes during Christian club activities within creative experiential clubs in high schools. Research Contents and Methods: To develop the educational program, we analyzed literature to determine the characteristics of high school students and their educational institutions. Next, we conducted a needs analysis targeting high school students without a Christian faith, identifying five educational objectives. We determined teaching methods based on learner and educational environment analysis, and analyzed the curriculum. This analysis resulted in 12 learning objectives and 36 sub-factors. Based on the curriculum, 12 instructional activities were developed. The draft educational program was validated using a Delphi expert survey. Conclusion and Recommendations: This study's greatest implications lie in supporting the mission of school evangelization, which seeks answers to the Korean church's lack of a next generation through public education. Furthermore, it supports the development of an educational program for Christian faith education that can be operated by Christian clubs, supporting solutions to high school students' character development issues through Christian clubs. Furthermore, the development of an educational program specifically for students without religious beliefs offers the greatest implications.

연구 목적 : 본 연구는 고등학교의 창의적 체험활동 동아리활동에서 기독교 동아리 활동 시간에 기독교 신앙이 없는 고등학생들을 대상으로 선교를 목적으로 기독교 신앙을 교육할 수 있는 프로그램 개발을 목적으로 하고 있다. 연구 내용 및 방법 : 교육프로그램의 개발을 위해서 문헌을 분석하여 고등학생의 특성을 분석하였고, 교육 기관도 분석하였다. 다음으로 기독교 신앙이 없는 고등학생을 대상으로 요구분석 수행하여 교육목표 5개를 도출하였다. 학습자 분석 및 교육환경을 분석하여 수업방법을 결정하였고, 교육과정도 분석하였다. 이를 통해서 12개의 학습목표와 36개의 하위요인이 구성되었다. 교육과정을 기반으로 12차시 규모의 교육활동을 구성하였다. 교육프로그램 초안은 델파이 전문가 설문 조사를 사용하여서 타당성을 검증하였다. 결론 및 제언 : 본 연구는 다음세대가 부재한 한국교회의 문제를 공교육에서 답을 찾고자 하는 학원복음화 사역을 지원하고, 고등학생들의 인성문제를 기독교동아리를 통해서 해결하고자 하는 방안을 지원하고자 기독교 동아리에서 운영할 수 있는 기독교 신앙교육을 위한 교육프로그램을 개발한 것이 가장 큰 시사점이며, 특별히 신앙이 없는 학생들을 위한 교육프로그램을 개발한 것이 가장 큰 시사점이라고 할 수 있다.
