In this study, structural equation modeling was used to analyze the effects of interpersonal, intrapersonal, and structural constraints on potential visitors' attitudes and behavior intentions regarding Busan's refugee capital heritage sites. Intrapersonal constraints had a significant negative impact on attitudes (β = −0.493), attitudes strongly influenced behavioral intention (β = 0.756), while interpersonal constraints were not significant (β = −0.013) and structural constraints showed a significant but positive effect (β = 0.285), indicating that constraints can play both negative and positive roles depending on the context.

이 연구는 피란수도 부산 유적지 방문을 계획하는 잠재 관광객을 대상으로 방문 제약요인이 태도와 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 대인적, 내적, 구조적 제약을 변수로 설정하고 구조방 정식 모델링을 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 내적 제약은 태도에 부정적·유의한 영향을 미쳤고(β = -0.493, t = -4.968), 태도는 행동의도에 강한 긍정적 영향을 주었다(β = 0.756, t = 10.236). 반면 대 인적 제약은 유의하지 않았으며(β = -0.013), 구조적 제약은 예상과 달리 긍정적 영향을 보여 가설 이 기각되었다(β = 0.285). 이 결과는 내적 제약이 태도를 약화시키는 핵심 요인임을 확인하고, 제 약 요인이 상황에 따라 긍·부정적 역할을 모두 할 수 있음을 시사한다.
