Objective : This study aimed to analyze video content related to sensory integration on the YouTube platform, identifying the types of content and key keywords in the titles. Methods : A total of 147 videos were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, using “sensory integration” as the search term. Text mining techniques were applied to analyze keywords in the titles, and a custom-developed program was used to extract quantitative data, including the number of likes, views, and upload dates. Results : Term frequency and term frequency–inverse document frequency analyses identified “sensory integration,” “children,” “development,” and “autism spectrum” as core keywords, with each content type showing a distinct thematic focus. Shorts emphasized therapeutic regulation and execution, while full-length videos focused on developmental disorders and sensory responses. Integrated content highlighted sensory play and motor planning. Informational videos attracted more views, while checklist-style Shorts showed higher engagement. The number of Shorts uploads has increased markedly in recent years. Conclusion : Sensory integration-related content requires differentiated planning based on the nature and delivery method of information. Future research should include analysis of emotional responses in comments and qualitative evaluations of the content.

목적 : 본 연구는 유튜브 플랫폼에 게시된 ‘감각통합’ 관련 영상 콘텐츠를 분석하여, 콘텐츠 유형과 제목에 나타나는 주요 키워드를 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법 : 유튜브에서 ‘감각통합’을 검색어로 사용하여 선정 및 제외 기준에 따라 총 147개의 콘텐츠를 분석 대상으로 선정하였다. 선정된 콘텐츠는 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용해 제목 속 키워드를 분석하였으 며, 본 연구에서 개발한 프로그램을 통해 좋아요 수, 조회 수, 업로드 일자 등의 정량적 정보를 수집·분 석하였다. 결과 : Term frequency 및 Term frequency-inverse document frequency 분석 결과, ‘감각통합’, ‘아 동’, ‘발달’, ‘자폐스펙트럼’ 등이 반복적으로 나타나는 중심 키워드로 확인되었다. 쇼츠는 감각조절과 치 료 실행에, 동영상은 발달장애의 특성과 반응에, 통합 범주는 감각놀이와 운동계획에 중점을 두고 있었 다. 또한 동영상은 정보성 콘텐츠가, 쇼츠는 체크리스트 형식의 간결한 정보가 높은 관심을 받았으며, 최 근에는 쇼츠 업로드 비중이 급격히 증가하는 추세를 보였다. 결론 : 감각통합 관련 콘텐츠는 정보의 성격과 전달 방식에 따라 차별화된 기획이 필요하며, 향후에는 댓글 분석을 통한 정서적 반응 및 콘텐츠의 질적 평가에 대한 연구가 요구된다.
