Purpose: This study aims to identify the importance and performance of clinical nursing skills selected through the analysis of the curriculum content of nursing practice courses, and based on this, to determine the educational needs for clinical nursing skills through importance-performance analysis. Methods: A survey was conducted with 116 fourth-year nursing students, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 27.0. Results: The items identified as most urgently requiring education, due to being perceived as important yet performed at a low level by nursing students, include intramuscular injection, subcutaneous injection, intradermal injection, central venous catheter management, transfusion therapy, indwelling catheterization, ventilator management, tracheostomy/endotracheal tube management, high-flow oxygen therapy, tracheostomy/endotracheal tube suctioning, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and defibrillator preparation and application. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested to develop and apply an on-campus practium training program that can educate on clinical nursing skills that are important but invasive and challenging for nursing students to perform in clinical settings, and to investigate its effectiveness.

목적 : 본 연구는 간호학과 실습 교과목의 내용을 분석하여 선정된 임상간호술에 대한 간호대학생의 중요도, 수행도를 파악하며, 이를 기반으로 중요도-수행도 분석(importance-performance analysis)을 통해 임상간호술에 대한 교육요구도 를 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 방법 : 간호학과 4학년 재학생 116명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 27.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 : 간호대학생이 중요하게 인식하지만, 수행 수준은 낮게 평가되어 가장 우선적 으로 교육이 요구되는 항목은 근육주사, 피하주사, 피내주사, 중심정맥관 관리, 수혈요법, 유치도뇨, 인공호흡기 관리, 기관절 개관/기관내관 관리, 고유량 산소요법, 기관절개관/기관내관 흡인, 심폐소생술, 제세동기 준비 및 적용으로 나타났다. 본 연 구 결과를 토대로 중요하지만 침습적이고 난이도가 높아 임상현장에서 간호대학생이 수행하기 어려운 임상간호술을 교육할 수 있는 교내실습 교육프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 그 효과를 규명하는 연구를 제언한다.
