This study aims to shed light on the pastoral ministry of Reverend Kyung-Chik Han (1902-2000) from the perspective of missional ministry, thereby establishing him as a pioneer who embodied the essence of the missional church. Chapter II explores the wide scope of his ministerial work, including evangelistic preaching, church planting, campus missions, missions to North Korea and abroad, and the establishment of diaspora churches. Chapter III interprets these ministries in connection with key elements of missional ecclesiology. Centered on the proclamation of the gospel, Han built the church as a community bearing social responsibility and actively engaged in both domestic and international missions. He understood the church as a ‘sent community’ and embodied this through evangelism, education, service, and global solidarity. By placing mission at the heart of pastoral ministry, he anticipated the concept of the church as a witnessing community participating in the mission of God.

본 논문은 한경직(1902-2000) 목사의 목회 사역을 ‘선교적 목회 (missional ministry)’ 관점에서 조명하여, 그가 선교적 교회의 본질을 실 천한 선구자임을 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. Ⅱ장에서는 전도 설교, 교회 개척, 학원·북한·해외 선교, 디아스포라 교회 설립 등 그의 광범위한 사역 을 다뤘다. Ⅲ장에서는 이를 선교적 교회론의 핵심 요소와 연결해 해석했 다. 한경직은 교회를 ‘보냄 받은 공동체’로 이해하고, 이를 전도, 교육, 봉사, 국제 연대 속에서 실천했다. 그는 선교를 목회의 중심에 두고, 교회가 하나님의 선교에 동참하는 증언 공동체임을 선구적으로 드러냈다.
