This study aims to analyze social perceptions and trends regarding local cultural resources and urban regeneration using social big data. As urban regeneration projects that utilize various local resources and cultural characteristics have recently gained momentum, interest in regional development and community building has been increasing. Accordingly, this study conducted an in-depth examination of discourses on local cultural resources and urban regeneration by applying big data analysis techniques, such as text mining and network analysis. After collecting the data, word frequency analysis, TF-IDF analysis, N-gram analysis, CONCOR analysis, and clustering analysis were conducted to derive the relationships and cluster structures among major keywords. Additionally, sentiment analysis was carried out to quantitatively measure social responses to local cultural resources and urban regeneration by categorizing positive and negative emotions. The findings indicate that positive discourses on local economic revitalization, cultural value enhancement, and community building were prominent, while policy support and increased resident participation were identified as key factors. This study provides useful foundational data for establishing policies on local culture and urban regeneration, suggesting the need for continuous data collection and deeper analysis in future research.

본 연구는 소셜 빅데이터를 활용하여 지역문화자원과 지역재생에 대한 사회적 인식과 트렌드를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 최근 지역사회 내 다양한 자원과 문화적 특성을 활용한 도시재생사업이 활성화되면서 지역 발전과 공동체 형성에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 빅 데이터 분석기법인 텍스트 마이닝과 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 지역문화자원 및 지역재생 관련 담 론을 심층적으로 파악하였다. 데이터를 수집한 후 단어빈도 분석, TF-IDF 분석, N-gram 분석, CONCOR 분석, 클러스터링 분석 등을 통해 주요 키워드 간의 관계와 군집 구조를 도출하였다. 또한 감성어휘 분석을 통해 긍정·부정 감정을 세분화하여 지역문화자원과 지역재생에 대한 사회적 반응을 정량적으로 측정하였다. 연구 결과, 지역경제 활성화와 문화적 가치 증대, 공동체 형성에 대한 긍정 적인 담론이 주요하게 나타났으며, 정책적 지원과 주민 참여 확대가 중요한 요소로 도출되었다. 본 연구는 지역문화와 도시재생 정책 수립에 있어 유용한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으며, 향후 지속적인 데이터 수집과 분석을 통해 더욱 심도 있는 연구가 필요하다는 점을 제언한다.
