Although blockchain technology (BCT) has attracted widespread attention across various industries, its practical implementation remains relatively limited. Therefore, this study aims to explore the factors influencing the adoption of BCT from the perspective of enterprises. To this end, we collected 193 English-language academic abstracts related to BCT applications in the fashion industry for analysis. In order to identify and summarize the key drivers and barriers, we integrated the LDA topic modeling with the TOE framework to analyze technology adoption across three dimensions (technology, organization, and environment) and further reveal the research focus and changes in thematic trends over different periods. As a result, we found that the role of blockchain has evolved from a basic technical tool to a strategic enabler in enterprise transformation. The drivers have shifted from technology- based and environment-led factors to a collaborative push involving technological, organizational, and environmental dimensions. Transparency, traceability, and integration emerged as core enablers. Meanwhile, the barriers have evolved from basic limitations to systemic challenges, with technological complexity and organizational resource constraints continuing to hinder adoption. The significance of this study expands the applicability of the TOE framework for analyzing new technology adoption in complex organizational contexts. It also clarifies the practical value of blockchain for hesitant enterprises and offers actionable recommendations for both corporate and policy decision-makers.

오늘날 블록체인 기술은 다양한 산업 분야에서 광범위한 주목을 받고 있으나, 실제 구현은 여전히 제한적인 수 준에 머물러 있다. 본 연구는 기업 관점에서 블록체인 기술 채택에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하는 것을 목적으로, 패션 산업 내 블록체인 응용과 관련된 총 193편의 영문 학술 초록을 수집하여 검토하였다. 잠재 디리클레 할당 (Latent Dirichlet Allocation: LDA) 토픽 모델링과 기술–조직–환경(Technology–Organization–Environment: TOE) 이론 프레임워크를 결합하여 연구 주제의 진화적 추이를 분석하고, 기술, 조직, 환경의 세 가지 차원에서 기업의 기 술 채택에 영향을 미치는 주요 추진 요인과 장애 요인을 식별하였다. 연구 결과, 주제는 기초 기능 중심의 탐색에서 전략적 통합 및 정책 대응으로 전환되는 경향을 보였다. 추진 요인은 기술 기반 및 환경 촉진에서 기술, 조직, 환경 의 협력적 추진으로 진화하였다. 투명성, 추적 가능성 등이 핵심 동인으로 나타났다. 장애 요인은 기술적 가능성이 나 자원 투입과 같은 초기의 기초적 제약에서 시스템 통합, 프로세스 전환 및 제도 적응의 어려움 등 복합적 문제 로 확장되었다. 본 연구는 복잡한 조직 환경 내 신기술 채택을 분석하는 데 있어 TOE 프레임워크의 적용 범위를 확장하였다. 뿐만 아니라, 블록체인 채택을 주저하는 기업들에게 그 활용 가치를 제시하고, 기업 및 정책 결정자를 위한 실무적 제언을 함께 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.
