Due to remote classes that started with COVID-19, there is a considerable rise in demand for digital education. Recently, artificial intelligence-based education, edutech-based education, cloud-based education, and metaverse- based education have all been used to operate digital education. As a result, some provincial education offices are supporting the "one device per student policy" policy. In order to support the one device per student policy, this study provided strategies and specific tasks for building a digital instructional environment. First, the strategy for developing a digital learning environment was personalization, linking, unitization, and stabilization. Six tasks were then presented: composition of the educational space for digital transformation; distribution and maintenance of digital devices; design of a learning management system; digitalization of teaching and learning materials; and increased ability to use digital devices.

코로나 19로 시작된 원격수업으로 인해 디지털 교육에 대한 요구가 크게 증가하고 있다. 최근의 디지털 교육 은 인공지능 기반 교육, 에듀테크 기반 교육, 클라우드 기반 교육, 메타버스 기반 교육을 중심으로 운영되고 있 다. 따라서 이를 지원하기 위해 여러 교육청에서 학생 개인별로 디지털 기기를 보급하는 1인 1기기 정책을 추진 하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 학생 1인 1기기 정책을 추진하는 데 필요한 디지털 교육 환경 조성 전략과 세 부 과제를 제시하였다. 우선, 디지털 교육 환경 조성 전략으로는 개인화, 연결화, 일체화, 안정화를 제시하였고, 세부 과제로는 디지털 전환을 위한 교육 공간 구성, 디지털 기기의 단계별 보급 및 유지 관리, 학습 관리 및 학 습 플랫폼 설계, 교수학습 자료의 디지털화, 교육용 데이터의 분석 및 활용, 디지털 기기 활용 역량 제고 등 6대 과제를 제시하였다.
