Although the field of artificial intelligence(AI) in our lives is expanding, there is a lack of standard educational curriculum including basic AI literacy that can be specifically applied in elementary schools. In this study, it has developed an AI ethical competency education area that can be applied in the elementary school curriculum, and the content elements and achievement standards of the current elementary school moral curriculum are analyzed and connected. It is confirmed that the direction of connection was appropriate by checking the connected morality and the frequency of sub-elements for each unit's function. By applying this AI ethical competency education area to the 2022 revised elementary school moral and curriculum achievement standards, it gives implications to the introduction of a new curriculum to determine the direction of connection and reinforcement of artificial intelligence education.

우리 생활에서 인공지능(artificial intelligence, AI)이 차지하는 분야가 확장되고 있지만, 초등학교 교육 현장에 서 구체적으로 적용할 수 있는 인공지능 기초 소양 교육을 포함한 표준 교육과정이 아직 부족한 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 초등학교 교육과정에서 적용할 수 있는 AI 윤리역량 교육 영역을 개발하고 현 초등학교 도덕과 교육과정의 내용 요소 및 성취기준을 분석하여 연결을 시도하였다. 또한, 연결한 도덕과 각 단원의 기능별 하위 요소의 빈도수를 확인하여 연계의 방향성이 적합함을 확인하였다. 2022 개정 초등학교 도덕과 교육과정 성취기 준에 AI 윤리역량 교육 영역을 적용하여 인공지능 교육의 연계 방향과 보강할 부분을 판단할 수 있도록 새 교 육과정 도입에 시사점을 주었다.
