능력신념과 자기효능감과 시험불안의 영향 관계 검증과 기독교교양과목을 활용한 지원 방안 탐색
Verification of the relationship between ability belief, self-efficacy, and test anxiety and exploration of support measures using Christian liberal arts subjects

- Research Purpose: This study was conducted to support college students whose academic achievement is hindered by test anxiety by exploring the effects of self-efficacy and ability beliefs on test anxiety, and to support the level of test anxiety by utilizing Christian liberal arts subjects based on this. Research Contents and Methods: In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a questionnaire on self-efficacy and ability beliefs was first created through literature analysis. Next, an online questionnaire was created and data was collected by surveying 112 students enrolled at University A in Chungnam. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple regression methods. As a result, it was found that the theory of enhancing ability beliefs and self-efficacy had a negative effect on test anxiety. Conclusion and Suggestions: Based on the results derived from the questionnaire analysis, this study suggested a method to utilize Christian liberal arts subjects to support the level of test anxiety by making people aware that humans were created in the image of God, teaching examples of biblical figures who overcame difficulties, instilling biblical values, and supporting objective and specific evaluations of oneself through self-reflection. This study suggests a way to utilize Christian liberal arts subjects in regular education, rather than separate treatment or programs.

- 연구 목적 : 본 연구는 시험불안으로 인해 학업 성취를 저해 받고 있는 대학생들을 지원하기 위해 자기효능감과 능력신념이 시험불안에 미치는 영향을 탐색하고, 이를 기반으로 기독교교양과목을 활용하여, 시험불안 수준을 지원하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구 내용 및 방법 : 연구의 목적을 성취하기 위해서 먼저 문헌 분석을 통해서 자기능효능감과 능력신념의 설문지를 구성하였다. 다음으로 온라인 설문지를 제작하여, 충남 소재 A대학에 재학중인 112명을 대상으로 설문을 조사하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 상관관계, 다중회귀 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 시험불안에 대해 능력신념의 향상이론과 자기효능감이 부적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 및 제언 : 본 연구는 설문 분석을 통해서 도출된 결과를 기반으로 시험불안 수준을 지원하기 위해서 기독교교양과목을 활용 방안으로 인간은 하나님의 형상으로 창조되었다는 것을 인식시키고, 어려움을 극복한 성경의 인물들의 사례를 교육하고, 성경적 가치관을 심어주고, 자기 성찰을 통해서 자신에 대해 객관적이고 구체적인 평가를 할 수 있도록 지원하는 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 별도의 처치 또는 프로그램이 아닌 정규교육과정에 있는 기독교교양과목의 활용 방안을 제시한 것이 시사점이라고 할 수 있다.

- 한국에 복음이 들어오고, 교회가 설립된 것은 19세기 말이었다. 해방이 되면서 한국교회는 더욱 발전하게 되었고 그에 따라 기독교교육의 중요성과 필요성도 강조되게 되었다. 그러한 과정에 기독교교육을 전공한 학자들이 귀국함에 따라 그들을 중심으로 한국기독교교육학회를 결성할 필요성을 느껴 설립하게 되었다. 한국기독교교육학회의 설립 목적은 기독교교육학의 이론적 발전과 실천을 위한 연구와 장을 확대해가려는 것이다. 그리고 학자들간의 연구교류와 교제를 위한 장을 마련하기 위하여 본 학회를 1960년에 설립하였다.
