Purpose: This study aimed to demonstrate the correlation between sagittal body alignment and the improvement of various pain symptoms through local and global integrated manual management in women in their 50s. Methods: Twenty women in their 50s who reported experiencing daily pain in 13 different body regions within the past six months were recruited through a questionnaire survey and nineteen of them finally participated in the experiment. The experimental group (n=10) underwent local and global manual movement assessment, the pain range was classified according to the painful body part, and local and global muscle balance management was initiated once a week for eight weeks. Conversely, control group (n=9) performed daily walking for 40 min three times a week. Results: Improvements in sagittal alignment were associated with significant reductions in cervical slope thoracic slope, pelvic slope, and knee slope. In parallel, significant reductions in regional pain were observed, including, cervical pain, thoracic pain, pelvic pain, and knee pain. Conclusion: Local and global integrated management effectively improved sagittal body alignment and alleviated pain across multiple body regions. These findings support a strong association between body alignment and pain severity.

목적: 본 연구는 50대 중년 여성을 대상으로 로컬 및 글로벌 통합적 수기관리을 실시하여, 시상면상의 신체정렬이 다양한 통증 개 선과 연관성을 갖는지 규명하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 방법: 최근 6개월 이내 생활 중 13항목의 통증이 있는 사람을 설문조사를 통해 모집한 20명 중 최종 19명이 실험에 참여하였다. 실험군 10명은 통증 신체 부위에 따른 로컬 및 글로벌 관점 수기움직임 평가 를 시행하고, 8주간 주 1회 통합관점 근육 밸런스 관리를 시행하였다. 대조군 9명은 주 3회 생활걷기 40 분을 실행하였다. 결과: 로 컬 및 글로블 통합적 관리는 시상면에서 신체정렬이 경추기울기, 흉추기울기, 골반기울기, 무릎기울기가 통계적으로 유의하게 감소 하였다. 또한, 신체 불균형 변화에 따른 부위별 통증 상태에서도 경추 관련 통증, 흉추 관련 통증, 골반 관련 통증, 무릎 관련 통증이 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하였다. 결론: 로컬 및 글로벌 통합적 관리가 신체 정렬과 전신의 다양한 통증 개선에 긍정적인 효과를 나 타냈으며, 신체 정렬이 통증과 연관성이 있음을 입증하였다.

目的: 本研究旨在探讨通过局部和整体综合手动管理，矢状体排列是否与50多岁中年女性各种疼痛症状的改善 有关。方法: 通过问卷调查招募过去六个月内具有13种疼痛的50多岁女性20名，最终19名女性参与了试验。试 验组10人根据疼痛部位分别进行局部和整体视角的手动运动评估，并每周接受一次综合视角肌肉平衡管理，共8 周。对照组由9人组成，每周步行三次，每次40分钟。结果: 身体姿势在矢状面上接近度标准，颈椎倾斜度、胸 椎倾斜度、骨盆倾斜度以及膝关节倾斜度(*p <0.05)均显着减小。此外，根据身体不平衡的变化，从各部位的疼 痛状况来看，颈部疼痛、胸腔疼痛、骨盆疼痛以及膝盖疼痛均显著减少。结论: 局部与整体的整合管理对改善身 体姿势及全身各种疼痛症状有积极作用，且身体姿势与疼痛存在相关性。
