Purpose : Trade between China and Russia increased rapidly around the outbreak of the Russo-Ukraine war. In this context, the importance of the Primorye 1 & 2 international transport corridors is highlighted. This study investigated the development strategies of the Primorye 1 & 2 international transport corridors using SWOT-AHP analysis. Research design, data, methodology : This study conducted a SWOT-AHP analysis that combined SWOT analysis and the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. Through this, the relative importance of strategic factors derived by SWOT analysis was evaluated. Results : The rank of all factors based on the empirical analysis results is as follows. SO1(0.287) was ranked first, ST1(0.157) was ranked second, SO2(0.115) was ranked third, WO1(0.087) was ranked fourth, SO3(0.074) was ranked fifth, and ST2(0.067) was ranked sixth. Conclusions : Considering the top six factors, for the development of Primorye 1 & 2, economic and trade cooperation between the Northeast China and the Russian Far East should be deepened. In addition, the logistics network between the two countries must be strengthened and transportation logistics infrastructure must be expanded.

러시아-우크라이나 전쟁 발발을 전후로 중·러 간 교역은 급속하게 증가했다. 그리고 이러한 추 세는 중국의 동북지역과 러시아의 극동지역 간 경제·무역 협력으로 확장되고 있다. 이러한 상 황에서 극동지역에서의 중·러 간 상호협력 프로젝트인 프리모리예 1 & 2 국제운송회랑의 중요 성이 주목받고 있다. 본 연구는 SWOT-AHP 분석을 통해 프리모리예 1 & 2 국제운송회랑의 발전 전략에 대해 연구하였다. 연구결과, 프리모리예 1 & 2 국제운송회랑의 발전을 위해 중국 의 동북지역과 러시아의 극동지역 간에 경제·무역 협력을 심화함으로써 양국 간 물류 네트워 크를 강화하고 교통물류 인프라를 확충해야 할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 수출구조를 최적화하고 극동지역 항만의 잠재력을 개발함으로써 국내외 시장을 개척해야 할 것으로 생각된다. 이를 통해 동북지역 및 극동지역의 지속 가능한 경제성장을 도모하고 프리모리예 1 & 2 국제운송 회랑을 활성화해야 한다.
