This study investigates how national technology awareness, global orientation, and Korean Wave awareness influence the purchase intention of Korean products, particularly cosmetics and skincare. As the Korean Wave (Hallyu) continues to spread globally, it is important to understand how these factors shape consumer behavior and purchasing decisions in the context of cultural influence, technological perception, and global consumer attitudes. A quantitative survey was conducted with participants from diverse countries to examine the relationships between the three variables and purchase intention. Rather than analyzing each factor in isolation, the study takes an integrative approach to explore how these variables interact to influence consumer attitudes and intentions. The results show that all three variables significantly affect purchase intention. Notably, national technology awareness had a strong positive effect even among participants with low awareness of the Korean Wave. In addition, a statistically significant three-way interaction effect was found, indicating that these variables work in combination to shape consumer decisions. These findings provide meaningful insights into consumer behavior toward Korean products and suggest that strategies integrating cultural appeal, technological credibility, and global orientation can enhance the international competitiveness of Korea’s cosmetics industry.
