「계소」 is an appeal posted by the chicken, emphasizing the origin and value of the chicken by using the battlefield of many chickens, the subject of the fire, and complaining about unfair reward and punishment and excessive eating of chickens, and demanding that dogs' harassment be controlled as murder. There are almost 10 million chickens that are killed a day, and they are about to go extinct, and during the exam, it is too horrible to boil them and bind them to the cart. If chickens go extinct, people will not be able to get up in time and work, so it ends with the saying that those who catch or kill chickens recklessly in the future should discuss the crime of murder and not forgive them. 「노주송면변」 is a comic tale about a case and lawsuit involving a servant and his master who share a similar face. It is a story of a smart servant tricking an ignorant lord, and the servant Cheon-seok tricks and ridicules Heo Bul-mi. It is written in plain sentences, though not in Idu-style, and is accompanied by a lawsuit and 立案, so it seems to have been written for lower-level officials who were in charge of practical matters. It can be said that this work is not a serious criticism of reality, but an interesting story that contains mockery, humor, sexual harassment, and verbal humor by lower-level officials. 「계림부기생인개소지」 is an article that asks the government officials to punish themselves for refusing to sleep after waiting until they can restore their sexual abilities by giving an elixir to a sexually incompetent man. It is a work that is widely known to the extent that it has a copy due to its provocative and unconventional subject matter, psychology, and detailed description of the scene, and the appearance of the human being in the work shows the typicality of the Gisaeng as a living person. In that it uses historical records and uses literary expressions such as Daegu or metaphor, there is a lot of interesting intentions beyond administrative documents, and in particular, the description of Ise-ma, who is nasty, contains mockery of an ugly man, but it differed from other sanctimonious paintings with extreme exaggeration or ridicule as a government official who works on sex. The study of biceps' rare petition documents could be expanded to the study of Chinese prose and the study of biceps' monotypic narratives.

최근 한문 산문의 연구는 정격 한문을 벗어나 이두와 같은 조선식 한문, 변격 한문으 로 작성된 행정문서까지 범위를 넓히고 있다. 송사가 만연한 조선에서는 송사문 작성의 편리를 위해 문서 규식집 또는 다양한 용례집을 제작하였는데, 그 속에 실제 행정 문서 로서가 아니라 희작화된 문서들이 종종 발견되어서 특히 주목을 끌고 있다. 이는 상대와 의 갈등을 주내용으로 하여 그 시말을 밝히는 송사문의 근본적 특징과 송사문 학습의 흥미를 유발하는 과정에서 나온 것이다. 본 논문은 조선후기 만연한 소송 및 청원 관련 문서의 서사적 확대 및 희작화 양상을 살펴보고자 단국대 소장본 『雜彙』 속 「鷄疏」, 「奴 主訟面辨」, 「鷄林府妓生仁介所志」에 대해 주목한다. 「계소」는 닭이 올린 상소문으로, 닭을 의인화하고 닭과 관련된 다량의 전고를 활용하 여 지적 유희를 드러내었는데, 이는 동물 우화형 송사소설과 유사한 방식이다. 또한 희 작적 내용 속에 비정한 현실에 대한 비판을 담고 있으니 닭을 함부로 죽이는 것을 살인 죄로 처벌해 달라는 닭의 청원은 현실에 대한 강력한 비판과 심각한 현실인식을 드러낸다. 「노주송면변」은 하인과 주인의 얼굴이 비슷하게 생긴 데서 비롯한 사건과 소송을 다 룬 笑話류의 작품이다. 이두는 아니지만 평이한 문장으로 이루어졌고 소송의 형식을 취 하고 있으며 판결문인 立案을 첨부하고 있어 소송이 만연한 조선후기의 모습을 희화화하 여 보여준다. 표면상으로는 양반에 대한 하인의 조롱으로 보이지만 실상은 작품 속 하인, 양반, 하인의 처, 관원이 모두 조롱의 대상이고, 현실에 대한 심각한 비판이라기보다 조 롱과 해학, 언어유희 등이 담겨 있다. 「계림부기생인개소지」는 관기인 인개가 性的으로 무능력한 남성에게 정력제를 먹여서 성적 능력을 회복시킬 수 있을 때까지 기다린 뒤, 잠자리를 거부했던 자신을 벌해 주기를 청하는 글이다. 기생의 잠자리라는 도발적이며 파격적 소재 및 심리와 장면에 대한 세밀한 묘사로 인해 이본이 있을 정도로 널리 알려 진 작품으로, 작품 속 인개의 모습은 생활인으로서 기생의 전형을 보여준다. 전고를 사 용하고 대구나 비유 등 문학적 표현을 활용하였다는 점에서 행정 문서를 넘어서 희작적 의도가 다분하며 특히 못난 이세마에 대한 묘사는 못난 남성에 대한 조롱이 담겨 있지만 성을 업무로 하는 관기로서 자신에게 닥친 현실적 고통을 하소연하는 기생의 생생한 모 습을 담고 있다는 점에서 극도의 과장이나 조롱을 내용으로 하는 여타의 성소화와 차이 가 있었다. 이두로 된 희작적 청원문서에 대한 연구는 한문 산문 연구의 영역 확대와 이두체 단형 서사 연구로 확대될 수 있을 것이다.
