The study aimed to examine the relationship between digital literacy, clinical reasoning ability, and problem-solving skills among nursing students; identify the impact of digital literacy and clinical reasoning ability on problem-solving skills; and provide basic data for developing a curriculum to enhance problem-solving skills. Data collection was conducted 168 third-and fourth-year nursing students at a university located in J City from December 2 to 9, 2024. Descriptive statistics, a t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression were performed using SPSS 29.0 version program. The results demonstrated that, first, problem-solving skills was positively correlated with digital literacy and clinical reasoning ability. Second, digital literacy and clinical reasoning ability were identified as factors influencing problem-solving skills, in that order, explained 63.3% of the total variance. Therefore, to enhance nursing students’ problem-solving skills, it is necessary to develop integrated courses and learner-centered teaching methods that cultivate the ability to independently search for, evaluate, and utilize digital information along with clinical reasoning abilities.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시, 임상추론역량, 문제해결능력의 관계를 확인하고 디지털 리터 러시, 임상추론역량이 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향을 규명함으로써 문제해결능력을 향상시기키 위한 교육과정 마련의 기초자료를 제시하고자 함이다. 자료수집은 J도에 소재한 일 대학의 간호학과 3, 4학년을 대상으로 2024년 12월 2일 부터 12월 9일까지 168명을 대상으로 하였다. SPSS 29.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Stepwise multiple regression을 시행하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 문제해결능력은 디 지털 리터러시, 임상추론역량과 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 둘째, 문제해결능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 디지털 리 터러시, 임상추론역량 순이었고, 설명력은 63.3%로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 문제해결능력 향상을 위해 학습자가 스스로 디지털 정보를 탐색, 평가, 활용하는 능력과 임상추론역량을 통합적으로 함양할 수 있는 교과목 및 학습 자 중심의 교수법 개발이 필요하겠다.
