This study was conducted on women between the ages of 50 and 64 using KReIS 9 data from the National Pension Reasearch Institute. The analysis results are as follows. First, only 58.1% of the respondents said middle-aged women were doing Preparation for Old Age. There were also differences in the Preparation for Old Age scores depending on education level, public pension, private pension, financial income, real estate income, savings, home ownership, and debt. And the older the age, the higher the education level, the public pension, the personal pension, the financial income, and the real estate income, the higher the level of retirement preparation.

본 논문에서는 국민연금연구원의 국민노후보장패널 자료를 이용하여 중년여성들의 노후준비 실태와 영향 요인을 분석하였다. 이에 따른 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 중년여성들 중 노후준비를 하고 있다는 응답자가 58.1%에 불과했다. 또한 교육수준, 공적연금 유무, 개인연금 유무, 금융소득 유무, 부동산소득 유무, 저축 유무, 주택소유 유무, 부채 유무에 따라 노후준비 점수의 차이가 있었다. 그리고 연령이 많을수록, 교육수준이 높을수 록, 공적연금이 있을수록, 개인연금이 있을수록, 금융소득이 있을수록, 부동산소득이 있을수록 노후준비 수준이 높게 나타났다.
