This study analyzed the awareness of biomedical ethics based on the clinical practice experience of paramedic students and aimed to provide basic data for improving the awareness of biomedical ethics of students who will work as paramedic in the future.As a result of this study, significant values w ere confirmed in each item of the subjects' awareness of biomedical ethics, including the right to life of the fetus, artificial abortion, artificial insemination, fetal diagnosis, right to life of the newborn, euthanasia, organ transplantation, brain death, and biotechnology. It was confirmed that there was a significant difference in awareness of biomedical ethics depending on the presence or absence of practical experience. It can also be confirmed that there are significant differences in the general characteristics of male and female students. Therefore, through this study, it is necessary to create educational materials and establish a systematic educational program to raise the level of biomedical ethics awareness of paramedic students. This study aims to provide basic data for the curriculum content and ethics education direction necessary to establish correct biomedical ethics values a m ong paramedic students.

본 연구는 응급구조(학)과 학생의 임상 실습 경험에 따른 생명의료윤리 인식을 분석하여 향후 응급구조사로 근 무하게 될 재학생들의 생명의료윤리 인식을 향상시키기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과 대상자 의 생명의료윤리 인식에 대한 각 항목에서 태아생명권, 인공임신중절, 인공수정, 태아진단, 신생아 생명권, 안락사, 장 기이식, 뇌사, 생명공학 항목에서 유의미한 값을 확인 할 수 있었으며, 실습 경험 유무에 따라 생명의료윤리 인식도의 의미 있는 차이가 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 또한, 남학생과 여학생의 일반적 특성의 차이에서도 유의미한 차이가 있음을 확인 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구를 통하여 응급구조(학)과 학생들의 생명의료윤리 의식 정도를 높일 수 있도 록 교육 자료를 제작하여 체계적인 교육프로그램을 마련할 필요가 있으며, 본 연구는 응급구조(학)과 학생들의 올바 른 생명의료윤리 가치관 확립을 위하여 필요한 교육과정 내용과 윤리교육 방향을 위한 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다.
