This study aims to verify the relationship between psychological contract violations and willingness to comply with industrial security policies, and to verify the mediating effect of psychological ownership. To this end, after selecting a sample of employees at a company located in Korea, a survey was conducted from April 20 to May 20, 2024, and only 181 copies of the collected data were used for statistical analysis. For data processing, validity and reliability were verified using the statistics package, and hypothesis verification was performed by conducting structural equation model analysis. As a result, relational contract violations and transactional contract violations had a negative effect on psychological ownership, and psychological ownership had a positive effect on the willingness to comply with industrial security policies. In addition, it was found that relational contract violations and transactional contract violations affect the willingness to comply with industrial security policies through psychological ownership. This suggests that if a psychological contract violation occurs, there is a risk that the psychological ownership consciousness decreases and the willingness to comply with the industrial security policy decreases, thereby hindering the effectiveness of the policy.

이 연구는 심리적 계약위반과 산업보안정책 준수의지 간의 관계를 검증하고, 심리적 주인의식의 매개효과를 검증하여, 산업보안정책 준수의지 제고에 대한 저해요인을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 국내 소재지를 둔 기업체에 직원을 대상으로 표본을 선정한 뒤에 2024년 04 월 20일부터 05월 20일까지 설문조사를 진행하였고, 회수된 자료 중에서 문제가 없다고 판단되 는 181부만을 통계분석에 활용하였다. 자료처리는 stata 통계패키지를 이용하여 타당도와 신뢰도 검증을 실시하였고, 구조방정식 모형분석을 진행하여 가설검증을 실시하였다. 결과, 관계적 계약 위반과 거래적 계약위반은 심리적 주인의식에 부적인 영향을, 심리적 주인의식은 산업보안정책 준수의지에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 관계적 계약위반과 거래적 계약위반은 심리적 주인의 식을 통해 산업보안정책 준수의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 심리적 주인의식이 보안정책 준수의지를 높여 산업보안정책의 실효성을 높일 수 있으나, 심리적 계약위반은 심리적 주인의식을 감소시켜 산업보안정책 준수의지를 감소시킴으로서 산업보안정책의 실효성을 저해 시킬 위험이 있다는 것을 시사한다.
