Purpose of study: The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of learning motivation and learning background of traditional folk dance major college students on class satisfaction. Contents and methods of study: In order to explore the factors affecting class satisfaction of traditional folk dance major college students, this study measured interest, achievement goal orientation, self-efficacy, and class satisfaction using an online questionnaire targeting 919 college students. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and bivariate correlation analysis to verify the normality of the data and multicollinearity between factors. Multiple regression analysis (stepwise selection) was performed to explore the influence of learning motivation on class satisfaction, and structural equation modeling was used to analyze the relationship between variables. As a result, it was found that self-regulation efficacy of self-efficacy, self-confidence, preference for educators of interest, preference for educational institutions, value of educational activities, competence in educational activities, and performance-approach goal orientation of achievement goal orientation affected class satisfaction, and the structural relationship showed that interest had a double mediating effect through achievement goal orientation and self-efficacy as a path. Conclusion and Suggestion: This study explored the influences that affect college students' class satisfaction. Considering the results of this study, it is suggested that appropriate support be provided to enhance students' self-efficacy and achievement goal orientation in order to increase their class satisfaction.

연구 목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 전통민속무용 전공 대학생의 학습동기와 학습배경이 수업만족도에 미치는 영향을 탐구하는 것이다. 연구 내용 및 방법 : 본 연구는 전통민속무용 전공 대학생의 수업 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 탐색하기 위해서 온라인 설문지를 이용하여 대학생 919명을 대상으로 흥미, 성취목표 지향성, 자기효능감, 수업만족도를 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 수집된 자료는 자료의 정규성과 요인 간의 다중공선성을 검증하기 위해서 기술통계분석과 이변량 상관분석을 수행하였다. 수업만족도에 대한 학습동기의 영향을 탐색하기 위해서 다중회귀분석(단계적 선택)을 수행하였고, 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 변인 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과 수업만족도에 자기효능감의 자기조절 효능감, 자신감, 흥미의 교육담당자에 대한 선호도, 교육기관에 대한 선호도, 교육활동의 가치, 교육활동에 대한 유능감, 성취목표지향성의 수행접근목표지향성이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고, 구조적 관계는 흥미가 성취목표지향성과 자기효능감을 경로로 하여 이중 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 및 제언 :본 연구는 대학생의 수업만족도에 영향을 미치는 영향을 탐색하였다. 본 연구 결과를 고려할 때 학생들의 수업 만족도를 높이기 위해서 자기효능감과 성취목표 지향성이 향상될 수 있는 적절한 지원을 제공할 것을 제안한다.
