Purpose of Research : This study aims to conduct exploratory research on innovative educational methods for embodying the identity of Christian universities. To achieve this, the study proposes a creative and integrative teaching-learning approach based on Reformed Life Theology, which is rooted in Reformed theology and emphasizes practical application. Research Content and Method : To this end, the study analyzes changes in the ideal human resources required by future societies, primarily using OECD reports. It identifies “creative and integrative thinking ability” as the most critical competency for future society and proposes constructivist epistemology as an effective teaching-learning approach to cultivate this competency. Moreover, the study highlights learner-centered learning methods, context-based learning methods, and collaborative-interactive learning methods as core components of creative and integrative teaching and learning. Additionally, it emphasizes the changing roles of teachers, self-reflective learning, and the integration of educational technology (Edutech) and AI-based learning. Conclusion and Suggestions : Realizing the identity of Christian universities aims to cultivate vibrant Christians through the integration of faith and scholarship. Rather than merely transferring knowledge, courses should organically merge faith and academic learning, enabling students to practice their faith and develop into Christian leaders who positively impact society. Although this study identifies characteristics of educational methods that can strengthen the identity of Christian universities, it has limitations in that it does not propose an explicit teaching-learning model. Future research should focus on developing customized teaching-learning models aligned with diverse majors and curricula within Christian universities.

연구 목적 : 본 연구는 기독교대학의 정체성 구현을 위한 혁신적인 교육방법에 대한 탐색적 연구를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 개혁주의 신학에 기반을 두고, 실천적 적용을 강조하는 개혁주의생명신학을 중심으로 창의융합적 교수-학습방법을 제하고자 했다. 연구 내용 및 방법 : 이를 위해 미래 사회 변화에 따른 인재상 변화를 OECD보고서를 중심으로 분석하여 ‘창의융합적 사고능력’을 미래사회의 중요 역량으로 도출했다. 또한 이를 효과적으로 함양 할 수 있는 교수-학습 방안으로 구성주의 인식론을 제안하며, 학습자 중심의 학습방법, 맥락성 중심의 학습방법, 협력적·상호작용적 학습방법을 창의융합적 교수-학습의 핵심 요소로 제시했다. 또한 교사의 역할 변화, 자기성찰적 학습, 에듀테크 및 AI 융합 학습 활용을 제시했다. 결론 및 제언 : 기독교대학의 정체성 구현은 신앙과 학문의 통합을 통해 생명력 있는 그리스도인을 양성하는 것을 목표로 한다. 단순한 지식 전달이 아닌 신앙과 학문을 유기적으로 융합할 수 있는 수업들을 통해 신앙을 실천하며 사회에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 기독교 리더로 성장할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 기독교대학의 정체성을 강화하기 위한 교수-학습방법의 특성을 제안했으나, 실제 적용 가능한 구체적인 모형 제시에는 한계가 있다. 향후 연구에서는 기독교대학의 다양한 전공과 교육과정에 맞춘 맞춤형 교수-학습 모형 개발이 필요하다.
