This study aimed to understand the working environment experienced by platform workers in the era of the 4th industrial revolution and post COVID-19 when the platform labor market is expanding and to analyze the work environment they experience from the quality of working life(QWL) and quality of life(QOL). In particular, it empirically examined the impact of the work environment of delivery platform workers on their work environment and overall quality of life. While existing studies mainly focused on structural changes or policy issues in the platform market, this study empirically verifies the relationship between the work environment and quality of life based on the experiences of actual delivery platform workers. The data was collected from 237 delivery platform workers, and statistical analysis was conducted on how job environment factors such as wages, welfare benefits, and job stability affect the quality of working life and overall quality of life using SPSS and AMOS. According to the results, wages and welfare benefits were found to have a significant effect on the quality of work life. Among the dimensions of quality of work life, the organizational aspect was found to have the greatest effect on improving the quality of life. On the other hand, it was found that the individual work and quality of life did not significantly affect the overall quality of life. This study provided practical implications for improving the working environment of delivery platform workers. Specifically, it presented policy measures such as establishing a fair wage system, strengthening legal-institutional protection, implementing an emotional labor protection system, and developing a system that can reflect the opinions of delivery workers in the decision-making process.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명과 포스트 코로나 시대를 맞아 플랫폼 노동시장이 확대됨에 따라 플랫폼 노동자가 경험하는 근무환경을 이해하고 그 체감수준을 일과 삶의 균형 및 삶의 질의 관점에서 분석하였다. 또한, 배달 플랫폼 노동자의 직무환경이 근로 생활의 질과 전반적인 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검토하였다. 기존 연구들이 주로 플랫폼 시장의 구조적 변화나 정책 이슈에 집중한 반면, 본 연구는 실제 배달 플랫폼 노동자들의 체감수준을 기반으로 근로 환경과 삶의 질 간의 관계를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 이를 위해 배달 플랫폼 노동자 대상 수집된 237부를 사용하여 배달 플랫폼 노동자의 임금, 복리후생, 근무 안정성 등 직무 환경요인이 근로 생활의 질과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 SPSS와 AMOS 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 분석한 결과, 배달 노동자의 임금과 복리후생은 근로 생활의 질에 유의미한 영향을 미치며, 근로 생활의 질 중에서도 조직적 차원이 삶의 질 향상에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요소임이 확인되었다. 반면, 개인적 차원의 근로 생활의 질은 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 배달 플랫폼 노동자의 근무 환경 개선을 위한 실무적 시사점을 제시하며, 특히 적정 임금 체계 구축, 법적․제도적 보호 강화, 감정노동 보호 시스템 도입, 배달 노동자 의견 반영 시스템 구축 등의 정책적 개선 방안을 제시하였다.
