This study investigates industry-education cooperation within the context of vocational education, examining how environmental factors influence students’ employment outcomes through the bioecological model of human development. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and artifacts collection, and were analyzed using Gioia’s systematic approach. This analysis yielded 281 meanings from open coding, which were further distilled into 58 concepts, 18 sub-categories, and 8 superordinate categories. The findings elucidate the processes of industry-education cooperation on the “management,” “challenges,” and “reducing operation costs.” These processes impact vocational education by “enhancing teaching facilities,” “reforming teaching materials and methods,” and “developing a skilled teaching team.” This article establishes a theoretical framework for understanding how industry-education cooperation enhances student employment through “enhancing skills through practical teaching” and “facilitating career development and professional adaptation.” Additionally, it offers practical recommendations for effectively implementing industry-education cooperation in vocational education.

본 연구는 생태학적 이론을 바탕으로 중국 직업 학교의 산업과 교육(산학)의 협력을 살펴보 고, 환경적 요인이 학생들의 취업에 미치는 영향을 탐구하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 인터뷰, 관찰 그리고 문서 수집을 통해 자료를 확보하였으며, Gioia의 체계적 근거이론 접근법 을 활용하여 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석 결과, 개방 코딩을 통해 281개의 의미를 도출 하고, 이를 58개로 개념화 하였다. 이어서 18개 요소로 하위 범주화 하였으며, 최종적으로 8개 의 요소로 상위 범주화 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 ‘산학 협력의 관리’, ‘협력을 위한 과제’, ‘운영 비용 절감’이라는 산업과 교육의 협력 과정을 드러내 보여주었다. 이러한 과정은 직업 교육에서 ‘교육 시설 개선’, ‘교재 및 교수 방법의 개혁’, ‘숙련된 교수 팀 개발’ 등에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 그러므로 본 논문은 산업-교육 협력이 ‘실무 교육에 대한 열정’과 ‘경력 관리를 위한 계획 및 사회 적응 촉진’을 통해 학생들의 취업 역량 강화를 설명하는 이론적 근거를 제시하였 다. 이는 직업 교육에서 산업-교육 협력을 효과적으로 구현하기 위한 정책 개발의 필요성을 보 여준다.
