유아, 초등 및 중·고등학생을 대상으로 한 노래중심 음악중재 효과에 대한 메타분석
A Meta-Analysis of the Effects of Song-based Music Interventions for Infants, Elementary School Students, and Middle and High School Students
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect size of factors related to the effectiveness of song-centered music intervention for infants, elementary school students, and middle and high school students. 41 papers were analysed using CMA3. Research results show, First, Effect-related factors showed large effect sizes.. Second, the effect sizes of the sub-factors were in the order of self-esteem, peer relationships, and anxiety. Third, in the psychological factor group, the order was middle and high school, infants, and elementary school, and the effect size was greater for disabilities than for non-disabled children. Fourth, in terms of song creation, the effect size was greater for middle and high school students than for elementary school students, and the effect size was greater for disabilities than for non-disabled children. In addition, the effect size for treatment time was in the order of 41-60 minutes or less, more than 60 minutes, and less than 40 minutes. The significance of this study lies in its clarification of the objective effects of song-centered music intervention and its suggestions for its use.

본 연구는 유아, 초등 및 중·고등학생을 대상으로 노래중심 음악중재 효과 관련 요인들의 효과크기를 분 석하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 국내 석·박사 및 학술지 41편을 선별하였으며, 자료 분석은 메타분석 전문 프로 그램인 CMA3를 활용하여 수행하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 음악중재 효과 관련 요인은 큰효과크기를 나타냈다. 둘째, 하위요인 효과크기 차이는 자아존중감, 또래관계, 불안 등의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대상별 효과 크기 차이는 심리요인군에서 중·고등, 유아, 초등 순으로 효과크기가 나타났으며, 장애가 비장애 보다 효과크기가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 중재 방법별 분석 결과, 노래 만들기에 있어서 중고등이 초등보다 효과크기가 컸으며, 장애가 비장애 보다 효과크기가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 처치 시간간 효과크기는 41-60분 이하, 60분 초과, 40 분 이하 순으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 노래중심 음악중재 활동의 객관적인 효과를 규명하고 이를 바탕 으로 효과적인 활용 방안을 제시하였다는 데 의의가 있다.
