This study examines the factors influencing InsurTech adoption intention and the moderating role of digital literacy. Using survey data from 322 respondents, regression analysis based on the UTAUT model confirms that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and government support significantly impact adoption intention. Digital literacy moderates the effect of performance expectancy, strengthening its influence in higher literacy groups. The findings highlight the need for flexible regulations, financial institution support, and consumer trust strategies to drive InsurTech adoption.

본 연구는 인슈어테크(InsurTech) 서비스의 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고, 디지털 문해력 (Digital Literacy)이 이들 변수 간 관계를 조절하는지를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 322명의 응답 데이터를 바탕으로 UTAUT를 기반으로 성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적 영향, 촉진조건, 정부 지원 정책이 인슈어테크 수용의도에 미치 는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적 영향, 촉진조건, 정부 지원 정책이 수용의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 디지털 문해력은 성과기대와 수용의도 간 관계를 조절하는 변수로 확인되었으며, 디지털 문해력이 높은 집단에서 성과기대가 수용의도에 미치는 영향이 더 욱 강하게 나타났다. 본 연구는 인슈어테크 서비스의 확산을 위해 정부의 유연한 규제 및 지원, 금융기관의 역할 강화, 소비자 신뢰 확보를 위한 전략이 필요함을 시사한다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
