Given the growing importance of digital literacy in online learning environments, this study focused on proposing instructor guidelines to support online learners. The survey questions were developed based on a literature review, and data were collected from experienced online instructors. Results underscored the significance of pre-assessing digital literacy levels, providing personalized learning support, and offering targeted feedback, positively influencing learning outcomes. Based on these findings, instructor guidelines were proposed using Glaser's theory of the Design of Instruction, emphasizing clear learning goals, pre-assessments, and consistent feedback. These guidelines are expected to promote online learners' academic performance and improve overall online education quality.

본 연구는 온라인 학습 환경에서 학습자의 디지털 리터러시 도구 활용을 위한 교수자 수업 지원 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌 분석을 바탕으로 설문 문항을 개발하고, 온라인 교육 분야에서 교수-학습지도 경험이 있는 교수자들을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였다. 설문 결과, 온라인 학습 환경에서 디지털 리터러시 사전 진 단 및 맞춤형 학습 지원의 중요성이 확인되었으며, 교수자의 구체적 피드백 제공이 학습 효과에 긍정적 영향을 미 친다는 점이 도출되었다. 이를 토대로 학습 목표 설정, 디지털 리터러시 사전 진단, 피드백 제공 등의 주요 활동 및 메시지를 포함한 글레이저의 수업모형 이론을 기반으로 한 교수자 가이드라인을 제안하였다. 제안된 가이드라 인은 온라인 학습자의 학습 경험의 질을 높이고, 온라인 교육의 질적 수준을 향상하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
