The purpose of this study is to analyze trends in intervention research conducted over the past decade targeting elementary school students experiencing maladjustment and to identify key characteristics of these studies, thereby providing foundational data for designing effective future interventions. To achieve this, 25 relevant studies published between 2014 and 2024 were systematically reviewed, focusing on general research characteristics, methods of participant selection, and intervention features. The results revealed that research participants were predominantly fifth-grade students(27.6%), with a relatively higher proportion of male students. Participant selection methods primarily relied on teacher observations and recommendations, while the use of scale was limited. The most frequently utilized intervention methods were art therapy and sandplay therapy, with interventions conducted mainly in elementary schools and counseling centers. This study highlights the need for objective participant selection processes, the application of diverse intervention methods, and the implementation of long-term studies. These findings are expected to contribute to the design of effective support and intervention strategies for maladjusted students in inclusive educational settings.

본 연구는 최근 10년간 학교부적응 초등학생을 대상으로 실시된 중재 연구들을 분석하고, 이 들 연구의 주요 특성을 파악함으로써 향후 효과적인 중재 설계를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하 는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2014년부터 2024년까지 발표된 관련 논문 25편을 분석 대상으 로 선정하였으며, 연구의 일반적 특성, 연구대상자 선별 방법, 중재 특성을 중심으로 체계적 으로 검토하였다. 분석 결과, 연구대상자는 5학년(27.6%)에 집중되어 있었으며, 남학생의 비율 이 상대적으로 높았다. 연구대상자 선별은 주로 교사의 관찰 및 추천에 의존하였으며, 척도 를 병행한 선별 연구는 제한적이었다. 중재 방법으로는 미술치료와 모래놀이 중재가 가장 많 이 사용되었으며, 중재 장소는 초등학교와 상담센터에서 주로 이루어졌다. 본 연구는 학교부 적응 초등학생을 위한 중재 연구의 발전 방향을 제언하며 객관적인 대상 선별, 다양한 중재 방법 적용, 그리고 장기적 연구의 필요성을 강조하였다. 이러한 결과는 학교상담 관점에서 학교부적응 학생들에게 효과적인 지원과 중재 방안을 설계하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
