This study aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of an “Online Tutoring Learning Strategy Program”to promote self-directed learning among university students. To overcome the temporal and spatial limitations of offline tutoring, the study proposes tutoring using an online platform. The program facilitates an environment where tutees can learn from various tutors through learning strategy development and live online broadcasts, which has shown a positive impact on enhancing self-directed learning skills. The results indicate that the experimental group demonstrated significant improvements in cognitive, motivational, and behavioral strategies, confirming that this program can provide academic support without time and space constraints. In conclusion, the study suggests that such an online program can positively influence the enhancement of self-directed learning skills in university students and recommends further research to secure a broader range of educational effectiveness.

본 연구는 대학생으로 하여금 자기주도적 학습을 촉진하기 위한 "온라인 튜터링 학습 지원 프로그램"을 개발하고 그 효과를 알아보는 것이다. 오프라인 튜터링의 시간적·공간 적 한계를 극복하고자, 온라인 플랫폼을 활용한 튜터링을 제안하고 있다. 프로그램은 학 습전략 개발 및 실시간 온라인 방송을 통해 튜티가 다양한 튜터로부터 학습할 수 있는 환경을 제공하며, 자기주도적 학습력 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과, 실험집단은 인지전략, 동기전략, 행동전략에서 유의미한 향상을 보였으며, 이 프로그램이 학생들에게 시공간의 제약없이 학습적 도움을 제공할 수 있음을 확인하 였다. 결론적으로, 이러한 온라인 프로그램이 대학생의 자기주도적 학습력 향상에 긍정 적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 제안하였으며, 지속적인 연구를 통해 더욱 광범위한 교육 효과성을 확보할 필요가 있다는 제언을 하였다.
