시니어타운 스마트시티 기술 적용에 관한 연구 : 전문가 AHP 분석과 잠재 입주민 IPA 분석 비교를 중심으로
A Study on Applicable Smart City Technologies for Suburban Senior Town : the evidences from AHP and IPA analyses
This study aims to derive smart technologies applicable to suburban senior towns from the Busan Eco Delta smart city. The analysis based on survey are designed to identify the priorities, importance, and preferences of experts in the fields of construction and social welfare, and seniors over 60 years old living in the city. The AHP analysis showed that the top priority areas of smart city technology for suburban senior towns include safety, life/culture, transportation, water/environment, and energy. Among the total of 20 detailed technologies, the 6 smart technologies of intelligent CCTV, facial recognition access system, unmanned security robot system, wellness center(remote medical treatment), energy passive house, and self-driving unmanned shuttle top the list. IPA analysis based on the survey on seniors over 60 years old living in the city showed the importance ranking of smart technologies follow micro dust management, smart crosswalks, real-time health management system, intelligent CCTV, wellness center(remote medical treatment), and smart water supply management. It also showed that the preference ranking follow real-time health management system, wellness center(remote medical treatment), micro dust management, smart crosswalk, intelligent CCTV, and facial recognition access system. The findings from this paper can be a basis for application of the smart city technologies in suburban senior towns.
