The purpose of this study is to explore the research trends on the resilient leadership in the domestic journals by using keyword network analysis and topic modeling. For this purpose, 110 articles related to resilient leadership, published in Korea between 2013 and 2024, were analyzed in the Korea Citation Index(KCI) database. The keyword network and topic modeling analysis were conducted using th NetMiner 4.1 program. In the keyword analysis, keyword frequency analysis, keyword co-occurrence analysis, and centrality analysis(degree centrality, betweenness centrality, closeness centrality) were performed. In the topic modeling analysis, latent topics and key words within the articles were extracted using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA) techniques. As a result of the keyword network analysis, key terms such as organization, job, self-leadership, nursing, education, effect and impact emerged as major key words. A result of the topic modeling analysis, four main topics were identified: Topic-1(individual traits and ability), Topic-2(psychological/behavioral factors), Topic-3(emotional and relational factors), Topic-4(job/organizational environment related variables and leadership). Based on the analysis results, it was confirmed that the research has been centered on topics such as the resilient leadership related to the construct of positive psychological capital. It was suggested that future research should focus on continuous improvement and validation of the effects of resilient leadership in the context of HR and organizational behavior. Based on these findings, suggestion for further research were derived.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 학술지에 게재된 성인대상의 회복탄력성 리더십에 관한 학술논문을 대상 으로 키워드 네트워크 분석 및 토픽모델링 분석을 통해 핵심 키워드 구조와 주요 토픽이 무엇인지 분석해봄으로써 국내 연구동향을 살펴보고 향후 발전적인 연구의 방향성을 모색해보는 것이다. 이 러한 연구목적에 따라 2013년부터 2024년까지 국내 학술등재지(KCI)에 게재된 회복탄력성 리더십 관 련 110편의 학술논문을 수집하여 분석하였다. 국내 학술지에 게재된 선행 연구자료의 초록과 키워 드를 대상으로 자료 전처리 작업을 거쳐 추출한 키워드들을 바탕으로 Net Miner 4.1을 활용하여 키 워드 네트워크와 토픽모델링 분석을 수행하였다. 키워드 네트워크 분석에서는 키워드 빈도분석, 키 워드 동시출현 빈도분석, 중심성 분석(연결중심성, 매개중심성, 근접중심성)을 수행하였으며, 토픽모 델링 분석에서는 LDA 기법을 활용하여 논문 내에 잠재된 토픽을 추출하고 키워드-토픽간 네트워크 구조를 시각화하여 연구결과를 분석하였다. 키워드 네트워크 분석결과, ‘조직’, ‘직무’, ‘셀프리더십’, ‘간호’, ‘교육’, ‘효과’ 등이 주요 키워드로 빈번하게 나타났다. 토픽모델링 분석결과, Topic-1(개인특성 및 역량요인), Topic-2(심리/행동요인), Topic-3(정서 및 관계요인), Topic-4(직무/조직환경요인 및 리더십 변수) 등 총 4개의 토픽이 도출되 었다. 이러한 분석결과를 통해 회복탄력성 리더십과 관련된 국내 연구들은 긍정심리자본의 하위 구 성요소로서 개인 및 조직의 회복탄력성과 리더십 변수 등 다양한 요인과의 관계 및 효과분석 등의 연구가 이루어져 온 연구동향을 파악할 수 있었다. 또한 회복탄력성 리더십과 관련된 향후 학문적, 실천적 발전을 위한 시사점과 후속연구방향을 제언하였다.
