초록

영어
This study explores the critical role of intermediary organizations, such as incubators, accelerators, and technology transfer offices, in fostering startup growth within the Research Triangle in North Carolina, U.S. The Research Triangle has become a globally recognized innovation hub through its strong collaboration between universities, private investors, and government agencies. By examining the success of the Research Triangle, this paper identifies actionable steps that can be applied to Korea’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. Key strategies include developing industry-specific incubators, diversifying funding sources, enhancing university-industry collaboration, and promoting public-private partnerships. The study highlights how Korea can adopt these models to drive innovation, commercialize research, and foster sustainable economic growth in high-tech industries like biotechnology, artificial intelligence, and green technology.
