Donghak is the spirit of our people, which is a turning point in modern Korean history. We must constantly think about how to implement and inherit this spirit today, and successfully complete the Shenyang project containing these concerns. In addition, it is necessary to strategically develop related historical sites so that the spirit is not damaged. The historical fact of publishing DongKyeongDaejeon in Gapdun-ri, Inje-gun, Gangwon-do laid the foundation for Donghak to be established as a church at the time. In addition, it was a very important event in a part of Korean modern history. Therefore, I would like to find a way to utilize the historically and culturally meaningful and important DongKyeongDaejeon publication. As a way to utilize the publication site, first, it can be used as a facility for exploration of historical and cultural sites. Second, it could be used as an educational facility. Third, it can be used as local cultural content. Next, as a way to revitalize the memorial facilities of the place of publication, first, it is necessary to promote the place of publication of the scriptures. Second, it is necessary to secure additional teaching materials for students. Third, the promotion of a commemorative project for the publication of DongKyeongDaejeon should be promoted. Fourth, the Donghak site needs to be renovated.

동학은 한국 근대사의 전환점이 되는 우리 민족의 정신이다. 우리는 이러한 정신 을 오늘날 어떻게 구현하고 계승해 나갈 것인가 하는 고민을 끊임없이 해야 하며 이러한 고민이 담긴 선양사업을 성공적으로 완수하고, 또한 그 정신이 훼손되지 않도록 관련 사적지들을 전략적으로 개발해 나가야 할 것이다. 강원도 인제군 남면 갑둔리에서 『동경대전』을 간행한 역사적 사실은 당시 동학이 한 교단으로 정립될 수 있었던 토대를 마련한 측면과 아울러, 한국 근대사의 한 부분에 매우 중요한 의미를 지닌 사건이었다. 그러므로 역사문화적으로 의미있고 중요한 『동경대전』 간행터의 활용 방안을 찾아보고자 한다. 간행터 활용방안으로서는 첫째, 역사문화유산 탐방시설로 활용될 수 있을 것이 다. 둘째, 교육시설로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 셋째, 지역 문화콘텐츠로써 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 다음 간행터 기념시설 활성화 방안으로는 첫째, 경전 간행터에 대한 홍보가 필요하다. 둘째, 학생들 수업부교재 확보가 필요하다. 셋째, 『동경대전』 간행 기념사업 추진이 추진되어야 한다. 넷째, 동학유적지 정비가 필요하다.
