The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between marriage immigrants’ Korean language level, communication skills, and interpersonal skills and the differences in communication skills and interpersonal skills according to the level of Korean language level. The subjects of this study was 50 marriage migrant in Daegu and Kyeongbuk Province, and SPSS 23.0 program was used to process the data. As a result of the study, First, the correlation between marriage immigrants' Korean language level, communication skills, and interpersonal skills was positive in all areas except first relationship and self-disclosure. Second, the differences in communication skills of marriage immigrants according to their Korean language level were significant in non-verbal communication and overall communication skills. Third, the differences in interpersonal skills of marriage immigrants according to their Korean language level were significant except the sub-factor self-disclosure. Therefore, the discussion and suggestions are as follows. First, since the level of Korean language of marriage immigrants appears to affect their communication skills, Korean language education should be conducted systematically and continuously. Second, the influence of marriage immigrants' Korean language level on interpersonal relationship skills was high, and the Korean language level was found to have a great influence on interpersonal relationships. Third, there is a need to improve communication and interpersonal skills through continuous Korean language education.

본 연구의 목적은 결혼이민자의 한국어 수준, 의사소통기술 및 대인관계능력과의 관계와 한국어 수준에 따른 의사소통기술과 대인관계능력 의 차이를 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상은 대구․경북지역 결혼이민자 50명을 대상이며, SPSS 23.0프로그램을 활용하여 상관관계와 요인 간의 차이 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 결혼이민자의 한국어 수준, 의사소통기술, 대인관계기술 및 하위요인에 대한 상관관계는 처음관계맺기와 자기노출을 제외한 나머지 영역에서 모두 정적 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 결혼이민자의 한국어 수준에 따른 의사소통능력의 차이분석 결과, 비언어적 의사소통과 의사소통능력 전체에서 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 결혼이민자의 한국어 수준에 따른 대인관계능력의 차이분석 결과, 하위요인 중 자기노출을 제외한 나머지 요인 모두에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 따라서 논의 및 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 결혼이민자의 의사소통능력에 한국어의 평가 수준이 영향을 미친다는 결과에 따라 한국어 교육이 체계적이고 지속적으로 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 결혼이민자의 한국어 수준이 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향력은 매우 높은 것으로, 한국어 수준이 대인관계에 많은 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 결혼이민자가 한국사회에 잘 적응할 수 있도록 지속적인 한국어 교육을 통해 의사소통능력과 대인관계능력을 높일 필요가 있다.
