Background: This study aimed to analyze the key factors influencing dental medical staff's acceptance of medical devices incorporating 4th industrial technology through the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model, a representative framework for innovative technology acceptance, and to examine the mediating effect of trust. Methods: From September 20 to October 11, 2024, a survey was conducted with 232 dental workers in the metropolitan area. The survey results were analyzed using the SPSS 28.0 statistical program. Results: The analysis revealed that performance expectancy (β=0.315), effort expectancy (β=0.236), and social influence (β=0.227) positively influenced trust, while trust (β=0.752) significantly impacted the intention to adopt. Additionally, social influence (β=0.348), effort expectancy (β=0.327), and performance expectancy (β=0.147) directly affected the intention to adopt, and the mediating effects of trust between these factors were also confirmed (performance expectancy effect=0.0993, effort expectancy effect=0.0877, social influence effect=0.0757). Conclusion: Performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence were identified as factors positively affecting trust and the intention to adopt 4th industrial technology-based medical devices among dental medical workers. The results of this study can contribute to the scientific advancement of dental medical devices.

연구배경: 본 연구는 혁신기술에 대한 대표적인 기술수용 이론인 UTAUT(Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) 모델을 통해 치과 의료진이 4차산업 기술이 적용된 의료기기를 수용하는 주요 요인을 분석하고, 신뢰 의 매개 효과를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구방법: 2024년 9월 20일부터 10월 11일까지 수도권 치과 의료종사자 232명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시 하 였고, 설문 조사 결과를 SPSS 28.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 통계적 분석을 수행하였다. 결과: 분석 결과, 성과기대(β=.315), 노력 기대(β=.236), 사회적 영향(β=.227)이 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 신뢰(β=.752)는 도입 의도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 사회적 영향(β=.348), 노력 기대(β=.327), 성과 기대(β=.147) 가 도입 의도에도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 이들 요인 간의 매개효과(성과기대 effect=.0993, 노력기대 effect=.0877, 사회적 영향 effect=.0757)도 확인되었다. 결론: 4차산업 기술이 적용된 의료기기를 수용 요인인 성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적 영향 요인이 치과 의료종사자 들의 신뢰와 도입의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 치과 의료기기의 과학 화에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
