The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the factors that influence the use of community integrated care services by local residents who participated in pilot projects organized by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. To achieve this objective, the Andersen's behavior model was employed to analyze the users of community integrated services in Seo-gu, Gwangju, in 2022. The study examined factors influencing the use of these services, including health and welfare dimensions, as well as the number of service uses, duration of use, and service prices. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, in the examination of users who utilized health and welfare services within the integrated care framework, the factors affecting each dependent variable (number of uses, duration of use, and price of use) varied. Second, for users who simultaneously accessed both health and welfare services, the factors influencing the number of uses, duration of use, and price of use were distinct for each service. Third, in both prior analyses, significant variables within the predisposing factors, enabling factors, and needs factors differed. Notably, activities of daily living (ADL) and long-term care grade variables were significant in determining the price of health services, welfare services, and health-welfare services. Based on these findings, policy implications are presented for future initiatives related to integrated community care projects and the integration of medical and community care support.

본 연구의 목적은 보건복지부 지역사회 통합돌봄 선도사업에 참여한 지역주민이 통합돌봄 서비스 이용에 있어 어떤 요인의 영향을 받는지를 실증적으로 분석하는데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 앤더슨 행동모델을 활용하여, 2022년 광주광역시 서구의 지역사회 통합돌봄 서비스 이용자를 실증 분석하 였다. 지역사회 통합돌봄 서비스(보건, 복지, 보건복지)의 영향요인을 파악하기 위해 통합돌봄 서비스별 이 용건수, 이용기간, 이용금액에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 통합돌봄 서비스에서 보건서비스와 복지서비스를 각각 이용한 이용자 분석에서 각각의 종속변수(이용건수, 이용기간, 이용금액)에 미치는 요인이 다르게 나타났다. 둘째, 통합돌봄 서비스에서 보 건서비스와 복지서비스를 동시 사용한 이용자 분석에서 이용건수, 이용기간, 이용금액에 미치는 영향요인 은 각 요인별로 다르게 나타났다. 셋째, 앞선 두 분석 모두 소인성 요인, 자원 요인, 욕구 요인에서 유의한 변수가 각기 다르게 나타났다. 특히, ADL과 장기요양등급 유무는 보건서비스, 복지서비스, 보건복지서비스 이용금액에 유의하게 나타났다. 또한 기초연금 유무 변수가 보건서비스, 보건복지서비스 이용금액에 유의 한 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 지역사회 통합돌봄 관련 사업, 노인 의료・요양 등 지역돌봄의 통합지원 등 관련 사업에 정책적 함의를 제시하였다.
