- The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of cream containing Gynura Procumbens extract on the skin through clinical research to provide clinical information and quantitative data. In this study, we investigated the effects of cosmetics containing Gynura Procumbens extract on the oil content, moisture content, and transepidermal moisture content of the skin of women in their 20s to 50s. For this purpose, we conducted an experiment on a total of 25 adult women in their 20s to 50s. Cream containing Gynura Procumbens extract and cream containing the same ingredients except for Gynura Procumbens extract were applied for more than 2 weeks, and the right and left sides of the face were divided into the experimental group and the control group. Through a series of research procedures, the measurement results showed that the oil content, moisture content, and transepidermal moisture loss of the subjects in the experimental group were improved compared to the control group. Therefore, it is thought that it can be used as basic data for the development of basic cosmetics using Gynura Procumbens extract and marketing linked to natural products.

- 본 연구의 목적은 명월초 추출물이 함유된 크림이 피부에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 임상 연구를 통 해 임상정보와 양적자료에 도움이 되고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 명월초 추출물을 함유한 화장품이 20~50대 피부의 유분 함유량, 수분 함유량, 경표피수분 함유량에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 이를 위해 총 25명의 20~50대 성인 여 성을 대상으로 실험을 진행하였다. 명월초 추출물을 함유한 크림와 명월초 추출물을 제외한 동일한 성분을 함유한 크림을 2주 이상 적용하였으며, 얼굴의 오른쪽과 왼쪽을 각 실험군과 대조군을 구분하였다. 일련의 연구절차를 통 하여 도출된 측정결과, 대조군 보다 실험군이 대상자가 유분 함유량, 수분 함유량, 경피 수분 손실량이 개선되었다 는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 명월초 추출물의 기초 화장품 개발 및 천연물과 연계된 마케팅 등 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.
