In this study, we aimed to examine the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between teaching-learning support environment of the University and the core competencies. To achieve this aim, an online survey was conducted with undergraduate students at universities located in Gyeonggi-do. The data collected from 486 respondents were analyzed through structural equation modeling (SEM) and bootstrapping procedures using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0. The results showed that the teaching-learning support environment in universities had a direct positive impact on students' core competencies and self-efficacy. Furthermore, the study confirmed the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between the teaching-learning support environment and core competencies. The significance of this study lies in confirming that in order to effectively cultivate the core competencies of university students, it is crucial to establish a foundational basis for enhancing self-efficacy in conjunction with creating a conducive teaching-learning support environment. Based on these findings, the study offers implications for the development of higher education.

본 연구는 대학의 교수-학습지원 환경과 핵심역량의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 진행 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 대학의 재학생을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 486명의 자료를 SPSS 26.0과 AMOS 26.0 프로그램을 사용하여 구조방정식 모형(SEM) 분석을 실시하였으며, 부트스트래핑 절차 를 활용하여 매개효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과, 대학의 교수-학습지원 환경은 대학생의 핵심역량과 자기효능감에 직접적인 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교수-학습지원 환경과 핵심역량의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매 개효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 대학생의 핵심역량을 효과적으로 함양하기 위해서는 대학의 교수-학습지 원 환경의 조성과 함께 자기효능감의 증진을 위한 기초적 기반이 함께 마련되어야 함을 확인하였다는 점에 의의 가 있다. 이를 토대로 고등교육 발전을 위한 시사점을 제언하였다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
