In Korea, the institutionalization of non-face-to-face medical services is emerging based on non-face-to-face medical services that were temporarily allowed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This raises the need to seek various measures to improve medical communication research and the efficiency of research-based telemedicine service. In addition, in order to identify the major needs and demands of users (patients, patients' families, doctors, and medical staff) who use non-face-to-face medical services, and to strategically perform non-face-to-face medical communication through efficient use of the digital health care system, it is necessary to implement communication to induce awareness, a favorable attitude, and active action on non-face-to-face medical services which are in the initial stage. Therefore, this study aims to identify the effects of extended planned behavior, perceived organization internal public communication competency, and expectation confirmation of the users of non-face-to-face medical services on information sharing intention and continuous usage intention in the future. Results of the study confirm that the extended planned behavior of medical users had a positive effect on the intention to continue using non-face-to-face medical services and the intention to share information on the services. Expectation confirmation by health care users had a positive effect on sharing intention and continuous usage intention. On the other hand, among the items of perceived organization internal public communication competency of medical professionals perceived by users, communication skills did not have a significant effect on sharing intention and continuous usage intention.

본 연구는 효율적인 국내 비대면 의료 체계의 보편화와 비대면 진료 커뮤니케이션의 전략 방안을 탐색하기 위한 것으로 비대면 진료 경험에 따른 의료 이용자의 반응을 조사하 고, 이를 통해 체계적인 비대면 진료 서비스 활성화를 위한 커뮤니케이션 방안의 방향성을 모색하고자 한다. 구체적인 연구설계는 비대면 진료 서비스 이용자의 확장된 계획행동, 인지된 커뮤니케이션 역량, 기대 일치가 비대면 진료 서비스에 대한 의료 이용자의 공유의 도와 향후 지속 이용 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구 방법은 최근 1년 이내, 비대면 진료 서비스 이용 경험이 있는 환자들 315명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 의료 이용자의 확장된 계획행동은 비대면 진료 서비스에 대한 공유의도와 지속 이용 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 의료 이용자의 기대 일치는 공유의 도와 지속 이용 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 이용자가 인지한 의료인의 인지된 커뮤니케이션 역량 중 ‘커뮤니케이션 기술’은 공유의도와 지속 이용 의도 에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 향후 PR커뮤니케이션 및 헬스 커뮤니케이션 분야에서 디지털 헬스케어 시스템의 체계화와 비대면 진료 서비스 커뮤니케이션의 질적 향상을 위해 다각적인 연구를 추진함으로써 연구적 가능성과 실무적 대안을 탐색하였음에 연구 의의가 있다.
