In the background of the 4th Industrial Revolution, economic globalization and improvement of environmental protection consciousness promote the global popularization of the concept of sustainable development. Global manufacturing, especially import and export manufacturers, place more and more importance on environmental protection corporate strategies and eco-friendly supply chain management as key paths for realizing sustainable development to increase performance and strengthen international competitiveness in the face of intensifying market competition and environmental pressure. In this study, the relationship between GSCM and corporate performance was discussed in depth in the import and export manufacturing industry, green production, green logistics, and green marketing were identified as major elements of GSCM, and the effect of these factors on corporate performance was investigated through empirical analysis. At the same time, this study explored how uncertainty acts as a control variable and affects the relationship between GSCM practices and corporate performance. SPSS was used for a series of statistical analysis including validity and reliability analysis, and regression analysis to collect data through a survey of import and export manufacturing companies. According to the research results, green production, green logistics, and green marketing all have a positive effect on corporate performance. At the same time, it was confirmed that uncertainty had a moderating effect on the relationship between GSCM and corporate performance. GSCM can have a positive effect on companies and greatly improve corporate performance, and the degree of optimization has a positive correlation with corporate profit-generating ability. This study contributed to guiding companies to achieve more environmentally friendly, efficient and sustainable development in an uncertain market environment and improving overall performance.

4차 산업혁명의 배경에서 경제 세계화와 환경보호 의식의 향상은 지속 가능한 발전 개념의 글로벌 대중화를 촉 진한다. 글로벌 제조업, 특히 수출입 제조업체는 시장 경쟁 심화와 환경 압력에 직면하여 환경보호 기업 전략과 친 환경 공급체인관리를 점점 더 중시하고 지속 가능한 발전을 실현하는 핵심 경로로 삼아 실적을 높이고 국제 경쟁력 을 강화한다. 본 연구에서 수출입 제조업을 대상으로 GSCM과 기업성과 간의 연관성에 대해 심도 있게 논의하였고 녹색생산, 녹색물류, 녹색마케팅을 GSCM의 주요 요소로 식별하였으며, 실증분석을 통해 이러한 요인들이 기업성과 에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 동시에 본 연구에서는 불확실성이 어떻게 조절변수로 작용하여 GSCM 관행과 기업 성과 간의 관계에 영향을 미치는지 탐구하였다. 수출입 제조기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 데이터를 수집하고 타당성과 신뢰성 분석, 회귀분석을 포함한 일련의 통계 분석을 위해 SPSS를 사용하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 녹색 생산, 녹색 물류 및 녹색 마케팅은 모두 기업성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 동시에 GSCM과 기업성과 간의 관계 에 불확실성이 조절효과가 있음을 확인하였다. GSCM은 기업에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 기업성과를 크게 향상시킬 수 있으며 최적화 정도는 기업 이익 창출 능력과 양의 상관관계가 있다. 본 연구는 불확실한 시장 환경에서 기업이 보다 환경 친화적이고 효율적이며 지속 가능한 발전을 달성하도록 지도하고 전반적인 성과를 향상시키는데 기여하였다.
