This study selected life stress, social relationship anxiety, and positive psychological capital as variables related to school adaptation of elementary school students who moved to an urban housing development district and attempted to verify their levels and influence. For this purpose, a total of 332 data from 4th to 6th grade elementary school students in Region C who relocated in 2023 were used in the final analysis. The main research results are summarized as follows. First, as a result of analyzing differences between groups according to gender and grade for each research variable, there were differences in social relationship anxiety and school adaptation depending on gender, and differences in life stress, positive psychological capital, and school adaptation depending on grade. Second, gender, grade, life stress, and positive psychological capital were found to have an effect on the study subjects' school adaptation. However, the influence of social relationship anxiety was not significant. Third, the factors affecting the study subjects' school adaptation were found to differ depending on gender and grade. The results of this study are significant in that they are the first approach to the factors related to school adaptation of elementary school students before elementary schools in urban areas. Based on this, major implications and follow-up research were proposed in relation to elementary school students' school adaptation following the relocation of elementary schools to urban areas, which will continue to occur due to future population decline and urban development.

본 연구는 도심지 택지개발지구에 이전한 초등학교 학생들의 학교적응 관련 변인들로 생활 스트레스, 사회적 관계 불안, 긍정심리자본을 선정하고 그 수준과 영향력을 검증하고자 하였 다. 이를 위하여 2023년에 이전한 C지역 초등학생 4~6학년을 대상으로 총 332명의 자료를 최종분석에 활용하였다. 주요 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 각 연구변인에 대한 성별과 학년에 따른 집단 간 차이분석 결과, 성별에 따라 사회적 관계 불안과 학교적응에는 차이가 있었고, 학년에 따라 생활스트레스와 긍정심리자본, 학교적응에 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 연구대상자의 학교적응에는 성별, 학년, 생활스트레스, 긍정심리자본이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다만, 사회적 관계 불안의 영향력은 유의하지 않았다. 셋째, 연구대상자의 학교적응 에 영향을 미치는 요인은 성별과 학년에 따른 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 도심지 초등학교 이전 초등학생의 학교적응 관련 요인들에 대한 최초의 접근이라는 점에서 의의가 있다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 인구감소와 도시개발로 인해 지속 발생할 도심지 초등학교 이전에 따른 초등학생들의 학교적응과 관련하여 주요 시사점 및 후속 연구를 제안하였다.
