Surrounded by digital media today, we are losing the world of existence called ‘Now-Here.’ This paper starts from the recognition that in order to restore our existence, we need to establish a new concept of time and space that is digital and free from the modern concept of time and space. Focusing on the fact that the format of media itself affects human consciousness and changes the mode of existence, we first identify the problem of time and space in the digital age. Then, we establish the concept of ontological time and space through ‘Muhayujihyang’ of Zhuangzi. It is argued that ‘Muhayujihyang’ is a space of time created by the awakened awareness of ‘no-self’, a place of life. It is revealed that digital objects can also become existences and exert the power to awaken existence depending on the method of creating them. The ultimate goal of this paper is to propose an ethics that fosters the power to create the time and space of life, an ‘Ethics of Existence-creation’.

디지털미디어로 둘러싸인 오늘날 우리는 ‘지금-여기’라는 존재의 세 계를 잃어버리고 있다. 이 논문은 우리의 존재성 회복을 위해 디지털 적이면서 근대적인 시간과 공간 개념에서 벗어난 새로운 시공간 개념 정립이 필요하다는 인식에서 출발한다. 미디어가 지닌 형식 자체가 인 간의 의식에 영향을 미치고 존재양식을 변화시킨다는 사실에 주목하면 서 디지털시대 시공간 문제를 파악하고, 莊子의 ‘無何有之鄕’을 통해 존재론적 시공간 개념을 정립한다. ‘무하유지향’은 ‘無己’의 깨어난 인 식으로 생성해내는 시간성으로서의 공간, 생명의 장소임을 논증하고, 디지털대상도 그것을 생성하는 방식에 따라 존재가 되고 존재성을 깨 우는 힘을 발휘할 수 있음을 밝힌다. 이를 바탕으로 생명의 시공간을 생성하는 힘을 기르는 윤리, ‘존재-생성의 윤리’를 제안한다.
