There are examples where the Sino-Korean included in the modern 『Jeonunokpyeon』 are reflected differently in modern dictionaries. However, since it is difficult to determine whether the Sino-Korean are newly added or changed by comparing only the Sino-Korean, it is necessary to comprehensively examine the correspondence between Fanqie and Sino-Korean and the contents of the characters of 『Jeonunokpyeon』. This study aimed to find the background and cause of the changes in Sino-Korean by targeting examples where the Sino-Korean reflected in 『Jeonunokpyeon』 are inherited in the meaning but the Sino-Korean are changed in modern Sino-Korean dictionaries. In the results, the changing aspects of Sino-Korean can be organized by type as follows. First, it is a type where the Sino-Korean changes by reflecting the Sino-Korean that existed as the actual Sino-Korean instead of the Sino-Korean reflected in 『Jeonunokpyeon』. Second, it is a type where the Sino-Korean changes by reflecting the rhyme and phonetic sound of Fanqie instead of the Sino-Korean reflected in 『Jeonunokpyeon』. Third, it is a type where the Sino-Korean changes by applying the Fanqie method based on the modern sound of Fanqie instead of the Sino-Korean reflected in 『Jeonunokpyeon』. Fourth, it is a type where the Sino-Korean changes by reflecting thethe common sound in the characters of 『Jeonunokpyeon』. Fifth, it is a type where the Sino-Korean changes due to other factors. There are also simple errors or influences from Xiesheng characters, and there are also cases where the Sino-Korean changes by reflecting other Sino-Korean of Sino-Korean with the same Fanqie.

근대의 『전운옥편』에 수록된 한자음이 현대 자전류에서는 한자음이 다르게 반영된 예들이 존재한다. 다만, 한자음만 비교하면 한자음이 새로이 추가된 예인지 달라진 예인 지 판단하기가 어려우므로 반절과 한자음의 대응 관계 및 자석의 내용을 종합적으로 살 펴보는 과정이 필요하다. 이 글에서는 『전운옥편』에 반영된 한자음이 현대 자전류에서 그 뜻은 계승되고 있으나 한자음이 달라진 예들을 대상으로 한자음이 달라지게 된 배경 및 원인을 모색하고자 하였다. 그 결과 한자음의 달라짐 양상을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 『전운옥편』에 반영된 한자음 대신 현실 한자음으로 존재하였던 한자음을 반 영함으로써 한자음이 달라지게 된 유형이다. 둘째, 『전운옥편』에 반영된 한자음 대신 반절의 운서음을 반영함으로써 한자음이 달라지게 된 유형이다. 셋째, 『전운옥편』에 반영된 한자음 대신 반절을 현대음을 기준으로 반절법을 적용함으로써 한자음이 달라 지게 된 유형이다. 넷째, 『전운옥편』에 반영된 한자음 대신 자석의 동음(同音)이나 통 음(通音)을 반영함으로써 한자음이 달라지게 된 유형이다. 다섯째, 기타 요인으로 한 자음이 달라지게 된 유형이다. 여기에는 단순한 오류나 해성자의 영향도 존재하며, 같 은 반절을 지닌 한자의 다른 한자음을 반영한 예 등이 존재한다
