This study aims to investigate and analyze the current occupational stress situation and stressors of radiology staff in Chinese hospitals. A survey of 259 radiology staff in hospitals was conducted with the use of the Occupational Stress Questionnaire and the interview method. ① Occupational stress of radiology staff in hospitals was the greatest from hospitals (2.582±0.711), followed by social stress (2.294±0.649), and the least from individuals (1.862±0.625); ② Occupational stress of radiology staff in hospitals showed a significant difference with respect to the nature of the hospitals, the level of the title, the marital status, and the state of health (p ˂0.05). The occupational stress of radiology staff in hospitals originates primarily from the hospital, however, it is also heavily influenced by the nature of the hospital in which they work, the level of their job title, their marital status, and their health condition.
