The purpose of this study is to explore the professional socialization strategies of pre-service teachers through semantic network analysis. The analysis results are as follows: First, internalized adaptation appeared in the teacher's role as an organizational member(cluster 1) and the horizontal culture of teachers(cluster 2). ‘Internalized adaptation’ showed that the three centralities are the highest compared to other strategies. Second, strategic compliance appeared in concerns about the student teachers’ authority in guiding student life(cluster 3). ‘Strategic compliance’ was relevant not only to topics related to student counseling, but also to key words related to student's attitude toward class. Third, strategic redefinition appeared in the exercise of discretion in lesson planning and operations(cluster 4). Cluster 4 included ‘Effort’ with high betweenness centrality and ‘Difficulty’ with high eigenvector centrality. The implications of the three above-mentioned socialization strategies are summarized as follows: First, the student teachers most frequently use internalized adaptation strategies that accept school culture and social role expectations, and this is interpreted as an individual and subjective adaptation rather than blind compliance to reproduce existing norms. Second, strategic compliance is a strategy of suspending emotions that do not agree with the situation and prioritizing acceptance of situational constraints, and this is due to independent thinking of student teachers as prospective school members considering for the good of the school and class. Third, strategic redefinition is the most active and proactive strategy mainly used in lesson planning and operations, and it is characterized with judgment by student teachers as prospective educators in a direction that is helpful to students.

이 연구는 언어네트워크 분석을 통해 교육실습을 경험한 예비교사의 교직사회화 전략을 탐 색하는 데 목적이 있다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내면화된 적응은 조직구성원으로서 의 교사 역할(군집1)과 수평적 교사문화(군집2)에서 나타났다. ‘내면화된 적응’은 다른 전략들 에 비해 세 가지 중심성이 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 전략적 순응은 생활지도에서 교육실습 생의 권한에 대한 고민(군집3)에서 나타났다. ‘전략적 순응’은 학생상담과 관련한 주제뿐 아니 라 수업태도와 관련한 핵심어들과도 관련이 있었다. 셋째, 전략적 재정의는 수업 계획 및 운 영의 재량권 발휘(군집4)에서 나타났다. 군집4에는 매개중심성이 높은 ‘노력’과 고유벡터중심 성이 높은 ‘어려움’이 포함되어 있었다. 이상 세 가지 사회화 전략에 따른 시사점은 다음과 같이 정리된다. 첫째, 교육실습을 경험한 예비교사는 학교문화와 교육실습생으로서의 사회적 역할 기대를 수용하는 내면화된 적응 전략을 가장 많이 구사하였고, 이는 기존 규범의 재생 산을 위한 획일적 순응이 아니라 개인의 의지가 내재된 개별적 적응으로 해석된다. 둘째, 전 략적 순응은 처한 상황에 대해 심리적으로 동의하지 않는 정서를 스스로 유보하고 상황적 제 약을 우선 받아들이는 전략으로, 학교와 학급을 위한 우호적 행동을 고려하는 예비 학교구성 원으로서의 주체적 사고에 기인한다. 셋째, 전략적 재정의는 주로 수업 설계․운영에서 구사 하는 가장 능동적이고 주도적인 전략으로, 예비 교육전문가로서 학생에게 도움이 되는 방향 으로 자체 판단하는 특성을 보였다
