The cosmetics industry is growing in market size every year and various environmental problems are generated accordingly, and it is difficult to recycle because most of the containers containing cosmetics are made of composite materials such as plastic and glass. Since various materials are included in the cosmetics package and it is difficult for consumers to recycle them, it is necessary to change or replace the material of the internal structure of the cosmetics package in order to practically implement smooth recycling. Among them, I would like to study the case of replacing the material of the spring that helps pump and discharge cosmetics. Although the recycling of cosmetics is emphasized, research on the replacement of structures in cosmetics packages is insufficient. Through this research, I hope that the research will be conducted as a solution to the integrated cosmetics recycling problem in order to sustain the growth of the cosmetics industry. The development case of replacing the spring of the cosmetics package used the KIPRIS patent search box, and among those patented in the search box, the word 'cosmetic spring' was used, and five were selected only using eco-friendly materials, excluding those that were extinguished within the search range. Through this, it can be seen that metal springs have been replaced with different materials and designs. Through this, the overall general outline is as follows. First, it was found that there are various methods and methods of creating a design in an integral body, although it is common to replace the existing metal spring by changing the material. Second, according to the patent, the limitation is that the metal spring is replaced with a material, and specifically, the PP material or PE material is not well named.

화장품 분리 배출에 대한 경각심이 커지고 있다. 주로 복합재료로 만들어지기 때문에 플라스틱, 유리 등의 분리 배출이 어렵기 떄문이다. 화장품 용기 안에는 다 양한 재질이 포함되어 있고 이것을 소비자가 재활용하 기 어렵기 때문에 실질적으로 원활한 재활용을 실행하 기 위해서는 화장품 용기의 내부구조의 재질을 변경하거나 대체 하는 것이 필요하다. 그 중에서 화장품의 펌 핑 및 토출을 도와주는 금속 스프링의 재질을 대체하는 사례에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 화장품 용기의 금속 스 프링을 대체한 개발 사례는 키프리스(KIPRIS) 특허검 색창을 이용하였고, 해당 검색창에 특허 등록 된 것 중 에서 ‘화장품 스프링’, ‘플라스틱 펌프’ 라는 단어를 이 용해 검색하였으며, 해당 검색 범위 안에 소멸된 것을 제외, 친환경 재질을 사용한 것으로 한정하여 5개를 선 정하였다. 이를 통해 각기 다른 소재와 디자인으로 금 속 스프링을 대체한 것을 살펴 볼 수 있다. 전체적인 총론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재질의 변경으로 기존의 금 속 스프링을 대체하는 방법도 일반적이지만, 일체형으 로 디자인을 만드는 방식과 다양한 방식이 존재한다는 것을 파악할 수 있었다. 둘째, 특허상 에서는 어떤 재 질로 금속 스프링을 대체한 것인지, 구체적으로 PP재 질 또는 PE재질의 명칭이 잘 이루어지지 않은 점이 한 계점으로 파악된다.
