Present study performed to identify the impact of Robot Barista’s attributes(tangible and intangible attribute) on economic value and reuse intention as perceived by robot barista users espeically in highway rest area. For statistical analysis, total 280 survey were distributed and 249 participants were employed for the analysis except for insincerely respondents. SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 23.0 statistic programs were used for demonstrating designed hypotheses, and demographic characteristics analysis, reliability analysis, validity verification, and confirmation factor analysis were conducted. Results shown that attributes(tangible and intangible) of robot barista were significantly influenced on the economic value as well as reuse intention. In addition, the economic value was critical attribute of reuse intention. Based on the founding, this study can provide meaningful implication for coffee industry and foodservice business as well. Detailed practical and theoretical implications were suggested on the manuscript.

본 연구는 특히 고속도로 휴게소에서 로봇 바리스타 서비스를 이용해 본 경험이 있는 소비자를 중심으로 로봇 바리스타의 속성(유형 및 무형 속성)이 경제적 가치와 재사용 의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 통계분석을 위해 총 280명의 설문조사를 실시하였 으며, 불성실한 응답자를 제외한 249명의 참가자를 대상으로 분석을 진행하였다. SPSS 24.0 및 AMOS 23.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 설계된 가설을 입증하고, 인구통계학적 특성 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 타당성 검증, 확인적 요인분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 로봇 바리스타의 속성(유·무형)이 경제적 가치와 재사용 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 경제적 가치는 재사용 의도의 중요한 속성이었 다. 이러한 연구를 바탕으로 본 연구는 커피산업과 외식업계에도 유의미한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것을 기대하며 보다 구체적인 실무적 및 이론적 시사점은 본문에 제시하였다.
