The purpose of this study was to investigate the moderating effects of LMX and TMX on the relationship between organizational justice and dropout intention among domestic university Taekwondo demonstration team members. A sample was drawn using a convenience sampling method. A survey was constructed using Google’s survey platform, and the survey URL was distributed and collected through mobile transmission. A total of 392 valid questionnaires were used for the final data analysis. Frequency analysis, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed using SPSS 29.0. The results of this study are as follows: First, among the components of organizational justice, distributive justice did not have a significant impact on dropout intention, while procedural justice and interactional justice did. Second, LMX and TMX had significant effects on dropout intention. Third, in the examination of the moderating effects of LMX and TMX on the relationship between organizational justice and dropout intention, it was found that only LMX had a moderating effect in the relationship between interactional justice and dropout intention.

본 연구의 목적은 대학 태권도 시범단원의 조직공정성이 단원이탈의도에 미치는 영향관계에서 LMX와 TMX의 조절효과를 규명하는 것이다. 국내 대학의 태권도 시범단원을 모집단으로 선정하고 편의표본추출법을 활용하여 표본을 추출하였다. 설문지는 구글의 설문조사 플랫폼을 이용하여 구성한 후 설문 URL을 모바일로 배포하고 회수하였다. 392부 의 유효 표본을 최종 자료 분석에 사용하였으며 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 다중회귀분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 SPSS 29.0을 이용하여 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 태권도 시범단원이 지각하는 조직공정성의 구성요인 중 분배공정성은 단원이탈의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났지만 절차공정성과 상호작용공정성은 단원이탈의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학 태권도 시범단원의 LMX와 TMX 는 단원이탈의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학 태권도 시범단원의 조직공정성이 단원이탈의도에 미치는 영향관계에서 LMX와 TMX의 조절효과를 분석한 결과 상호작용공정성이 단원이탈의도에 미치는 영향관계에서 만 LMX의 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
