The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationship between sport event-hosting city image congruence, sport event-self image congruence, attitude toward hosting city, and revisit intention. The subjects of this study were 177 who were aware of or spectated at a yacht competition among participants in the experiential event of marine sports, a concurrent event with the 2023 HWANDONGHAE Cup International Yacht Competition held in P city. The results from this study are as follows. First, sport event-hosting city image congruence had significant positive effects on attitude toward hosting city and revisit intention. Second, sport event-self image congruence had no significant effect on attitude toward hosting city, and had a significant positive effect on revisit intention. Third, attitude toward hosting city had a significant positive effect on revisit intention.

본 연구는 스포츠이벤트-도시 이미지 일치성, 스포츠이벤트-자아 이미지 일치성, 개최도시 태도, 재방문 의도 간의 구조적 영향 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구는 P시에서 개최된 2023 환동해컵 국제요트대회의 부대행사인 해양스포츠 체험이벤트 참가자들 중 환동해컵 국제요트대회를 인지하고 있거나 참관한 경험이 있는 177명을 대상으로 하였다. 도출된 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스포츠이벤트-도시 이미지 일치성은 개최도시 태도와 재방문 의도에 긍 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠이벤트-자아 이미지 일치성은 개최도시 태도에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나, 재방문 의도에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 개최도시 태도는 재방 문 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
