This study examines the impact of legal regulations, technical issues, and UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) variables on the intention to adopt embedded finance, including the moderating effects of company size. A survey of 246 employees from non-financial companies showed that regulatory fit, effort expectancy, performance expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions positively influence adoption intentions, with stronger effects in larger companies. The study highlights the need for regulatory flexibility, tailored policies, and systems that meet key expectations, suggesting customized approaches for SMEs and enhanced system compatibility for large enterprises.

본 연구는 임베디드 금융에 대한 법적 규제와 기술적 문제를 중심으로, 규제의 적합성과 UTAUT 변수가 소비자들의 임베디드 금융 수용 의도에 미치는 영향과 비금융기업의 기업 규모에 따른 조절효과를 분석하고자 했 다. 이를 위해 전국 비금융기업 종사자를 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하여 총 246부의 데이터를 수집하였다. 가 설 검증 결과는 다음과 같다. 규제 적합성, 노력기대, 성과기대, 사회적 영향, 촉진 조건은 임베디드 금융 수용 의 도에 유의미한 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 비금융기업의 기업 규모에 따른 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 대기업의 경 우 UTAUT 변수와 규제 적합성이 임베디드 금융 수용의도에 더 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 제시되었다.. 연 구는 임베디드 금융 활성화를 위해 규제 완화와 맞춤형 제도 제공이 필요하며, 노력기대, 성과기대, 사회적 영향, 촉진조건을 충족하는 시스템 구축이 중요하다고 제안했다. 특히, 중소기업에는 맞춤형 규제와 제도 제공이, 대기업 에는 시스템 호환성 강화를 강조했으며, 중소기업의 기술적 편리성 및 고객 맞춤형 서비스 제공이 장기적 성공과 지속가능성 확보에 효과적이라고 결론지었다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
